Official EBU/BBC Book commissioned for ESC 2026

Please do not arbitrarily delete passages from articles with a dismissive comment such as 'irrelevant'. The EBU are the organizers of the contest and have commissioned a book to mark the 2026 contest in conjunction with the BBC, one of the big 5 nations through one of the biggest publishers in the world. I believe that to be very relevant and even if you do not, that is not how wikipedia works. You may open a discussion on the article's talk page to gather support, but your unilateral decision on what is irrelevant and what is not goes against the tenants of wikipedia and if you continue to act in this manner with reversions, your activity will have to be reported. MWEditorial (talk) 04:26, 19 July 2025 (UTC)

:Not a thing on either of those pages suggests that the book was commissioned by the EBU or the BBC, even if it was it would not merit inclusion in the lede of the article (maybe maybe *maybe* in a section below but even so I am extremely skeptical), the BBC's status as a Big 5 broadcaster or Penguin's status as a big publishing house is also not relevant without independent media attention. We can discuss this on the talk page if you like, but frankly I don't really see the point.
