25px|alt=Information icon ↗ Thank you for your contributions ↗ to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from :Sint Maarten ↗ into :Commonwealth Caribbean ↗. While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing ↗ does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary ↗ at the page into which you've copied content, disclosing the copying and linking ↗ to the copied page, e.g., <code>copied content from <nowiki>page name ↗</nowiki>; see that page's history for attribution</code>. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{tl|copied}} template on the talk pages of the source and destination. Please provide attribution for this duplication if it has not already been supplied by another editor, and if you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, you should provide attribution for that also. You can read more about the procedure and the reasons at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia ↗. Thank you. <!-- Template:uw-copying --> DanCherek (talk) 20:39, 18 January 2023 (UTC)

:Hello User:DanCherek, thanks for letting me know, I'll be sure to take note of that the next time I copy text from another article 👍 Tommyvercetti098 (talk) 04:02, 19 January 2023 (UTC)

''This was on January 14.''<!-- Template:uw-copyright --> — Diannaa (talk) 14:28, 22 January 2023 (UTC)

:Hello Diannaa, I'm sorry for any inconvenience this might've caused you, do you think if I do a lot of paraphrasing and remove the least important information and rely on other sources for this matter, do you think it's gonna reduce the risk of copyright? Asking for a friend because both reggae ↗ and dancehall ↗ have received notable population in Puerto Rico ↗, especially since reggaetón ↗ evolved from those genres from Panama ↗ and Jamaica ↗ and I don't think it would do any good if you removed the reggae and dancehall section entirely from the Music of Puerto Rico ↗ Tommyvercetti098 (talk) 20:27, 22 January 2023 (UTC)

::I removed a bunch of your work again, and placed a fact tag, this time because you added a bunch of text unsupported by your three citations. The third citation was unreliable, so I removed it along with its accompanying text. Basically, the only facts that were supported were that two of the listed artists were notable. You violated WP:No original research ↗ by making a bunch of statements about the music and the audience. Binksternet (talk) 23:26, 22 January 2023 (UTC)
:::Understandable, I'll find better sources in order to prove those statements, a million apologies and many thanks 👍 Tommyvercetti098 (talk) 00:16, 23 January 2023 (UTC)

30px|link= ↗ You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war ↗&#32; according to the reverts you have made on :Music of Puerto Rico ↗. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate ↗ with others, to avoid editing disruptively ↗, and to try to reach a consensus ↗, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

# '''Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.'''
If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page ↗ to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. Original Research at English language in Puerto Rico ↗

Hello Tommyvercetti098:

Your edits here ↗ are in violation of Wikipedia's policy as they constitute Original Research ↗. To help you understand what can and cannot be added to WP articles, a discussion was opened 2 days ago at the article's Talk Page, here ↗, and to which you were then invited via your personal Talk Page here ↗. If you wish to contribute to the article English language in Puerto Rico ↗, you should head to the discussion at the article's Discussion Page stated above; if not, please note that Original Research is not allowed at WP and that you may be blocked from editing after knowingly and repeatedly violating the same policy.

Best regards,

25px|alt=Information icon ↗ Welcome to Wikipedia ↗. We appreciate your contributions ↗, but in one of your recent edits&nbsp;to :Sleeper hit ↗, it appears that you have added original research ↗, which is against Wikipedia's policies. Original research refers to material—such as facts, allegations, ideas, and personal experiences—for which no reliable, published sources exist; it also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say ↗. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source ↗ for all of your contributions. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources ↗. Thank you.<!-- Template:uw-nor1 --> Binksternet (talk) 20:17, 21 January 2024 (UTC)

25px|alt=Information icon ↗ Hello, I'm S0091. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, :Bad Bunny ↗, but you didn't provide a reliable source ↗. On Wikipedia, it's important that article content be verifiable ↗. If you'd like to resubmit your change with a citation ↗, your edit is archived in the page history ↗. If you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. <!-- Template:uw-unsourced1 --> S0091 (talk) 21:07, 9 August 2025 (UTC)

New Discord server + Women in Latin music now open

Hi there! A belated happy new year to you! First let me say, wow! We now have over 150 members!! We've grown a lot since the Latin music project became its own WikiProject 14 years ago!! Anyways, I wanted to bring your attention to two things: 1) We have collaborated with WikiProject Latino and Hispanic heritage ↗ to have our own Discord server! It can be found here! ↗ We have our own dedicated music channel on the Latinos Discord server. 2), Women in Latin music ↗ is now open as its own taskforce!! Thanks for the consensus from from the WikiProject talk page!! Both of these are entirely optional, but I just wanted bring these to your attention. Anyways, again happy belated year and let's make this year even bigger!! Erick (talk) 00:21, 3 February 2026 (UTC)
