I assume you had taken it to be the original ''Piccadilly'' which was a sound film that's now PD-US, but the audio here is actually a completely new composition by Neil Brand ↗, unrelated to the original score. Looks like it never got added to the relevant article, so there's already another copy ↗ that doesn't have the copyrighted score.
