| Hello, I noticed you've made edits to St. Louis ↗ articles or that you are in some way connected to metropolitan area. I thought you might want to become a member of the '''St. Louis WikiProject ↗'''. We've recently built the project page and started a drive to improve St. Louis related articles. Please take a look to edit an article or add one of your own. Once an article's status has been agreed upon, feel free to stop by and lend a hand in getting it to '''featured article ↗''' status. Hope you can participate!

WikiProject Missouri ↗

There hasn't been much activity at WikiProject Missouri ↗ or any of its child projects lately, and I saw {{#switch:list|list=your name on the list of active participants ↗|live=Wikipedians in Missouri|that you live in Missouri ↗|#default=that you might be interested in helping out}}. If you are willing to jump in again, please consider helping to revive the project:
- Put {{tl|WikiProject Missouri}} on the talk pages of articles involving Missouri. This helps to categorize articles
- Write, cleanup, or expand an article about Missouri
- Source a Biography of a living person ↗ living in, born in, or otherwise affiliated with Missouri
- Help spread the word about the project
- Update the project page ↗ or the portal ↗
- Watchlist or check the project talk page ↗ for updates
- Join one of the child projects:
- *Columbia ↗
- *Kansas City ↗
- *Kansas City Chiefs ↗
- *St. Louis ↗
- *Missouri State Highways ↗
- *Mizzou ↗
- *Silver Dollar City ↗
- *Washington University in St. Louis ↗
- *St. Louis Cardinals ↗
- *St. Louis Rams ↗
If you know anyone who might be interested in Missouri (its history, culture, sports, people, places, architecture, etc.), please pass this message along to them! If you are still interested in the project but aren't currently active, please add yourself to the list of inactive participants at the bottom of this list ↗. Thanks!

Upcoming Wikimedia events in Missouri and Kansas!
You're invited to 3 exciting events Wikipedians are planning in your region this June—a tour and meetup at the National Archives in Kansas City ↗, and Wiknics in Wichita ↗ and St. Louis ↗:
{|style="border: 3px solid #6881b9; margin: 0.5em; padding: 0.5em; border-radius: 8px;" cellpadding="5" width=80%

;Kansas City ↗
:''Saturday, June 16, starting at 9 a.m.'' — National Archives in Kansas City ↗
- This full-day event will include a tour of the facility; presentations from National Archives Wikipedian-in-Residence, Dominic McDevitt-Parks, and Exhibit Specialist, Dee Harris; and time in the research room to work on projects. The focus of the projects will be scanning, writing articles, transcribing, or categorizing images on Commons.

Wikipedians from St. Louis and elsewhere in the region are encouraged to make a day-trip of it and come to Kansas City for this special opportunity!

Dust off your Polaroid camera and pack your best lenses. The first-ever '''Wikipedia Takes St. Louis ↗''' photo hunt kicks off Sat, Sept. 15, at 12:30pm in downtown St. Louis. Tour the streets of the Rome of the West with other Wikipedians and even learn a little St. Louis history. This event is a fun and collaborative way to enhance St. Louis articles with visual content. Novice photographers welcome! Marcus Qwertyus (talk) 07:51, 2 September 2012 (UTC)

Yawetag, let's not get into this again and let's not make threats on pages. You know--and I know you know--that commas are 100% acceptable. Please engage in more productive editing. You know that I'm also not the only editor who reverts your unnecessary changes. Also, avoid dishonest terms like "updating" or "in line", etc. If you want to change consensus, then try to change it. Cheers. Caro7200 (talk) 18:13, 25 May 2026 (UTC)
