While your contributions are appreciated, I wanted to let you know that I've started a discussion about whether an article that you created, Fairfield Public School ↗, should be deleted, as I am not sure that it is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia in its current form. Your comments are welcome at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Fairfield Public School ↗.

Thanks for your contributions to Fairfield Public School ↗. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because '''it needs more sources to establish notability'''.

Speedy deletion declined: :Jamie McDonald (media personality) ↗

Hello Yucalyptus, and thanks for patrolling new pages! Use WP:AFD ↗. You may wish to review the WP:CSD{{!}}Criteria for Speedy Deletion ↗ before tagging further pages. Thank you. Whpq (talk) 14:45, 7 June 2025 (UTC)

:Sure. Thanks. I just proposed the article for deletion as a better alternative ↗. This is an uncontroversial suggestion, as that media personality is barely a notable person. The man hasn't been active nor mentioned anywhere in a decade. Yucalyptus (talk) 08:03, 8 June 2025 (UTC)

PRODs

Hello, Yucalyptus,

Regardless of what you think "should" be policy, any editor, whether registered or an IP account, can remove a PROD tag from an article or file and it can't be replaced. The editor can offer a good reason for why, a bad reason or no reason at all. This is because Proposed deletions are supposed to be "uncontroversial" so if anyone objects, by removing the tag or objecting on the article talk page, then the article can not be deleted through Proposed deletion and must be discussed at AFD. :Completely understood. I just disagree with that policy, is all. I believe only editors should be able to remove a PROD editor. An IP editor could be anyone - a sockpuppet, a vandal, etc. But hey, that's just me. Yucalyptus (talk) 03:26, 16 June 2025 (UTC)

Hi Yucalyptus. Thank you for your work on Widemere Quarry Line ↗. Another editor, SunDawn, has reviewed it as part of new pages patrol ↗ and left the following comment:

Hi, Something is wrong with your recent edit. It says that the hull was scuttled of Narrabeen, but the hull is very definitely still in Homebush Bay (see photo in the article). You might be mixing this up with some other sixty-milers, which were partially disassembled and then scuttled at sea (like Bellambi and Hexham Bank). Hope that this will be of use. TrimmerinWiki (talk) 11:49, 30 September 2025 (UTC)

:Hi. Thanks for the correction. This source ↗ had all the ships wrecked at Parramatta River. So I mistook this one for ''Meggol'', which was scuttled at Narrabeen. I will fix the issue now. Yucalyptus (talk) 14:07, 30 September 2025 (UTC)

Simon Deering

Hi {{u|Yucalyptus}}, just wanted to notify you I've removed the CSD tag from the page, since lack of notability is not a valid speedy deletion criteria and there was a previous Article for Deletion nomination, making the page ineligible for PROD. No objections to a renomination, however. Best — <b style="background-color:black;border:3px solid gray;padding:3px;color:lime;">🪫Volatile</b> ''' 📲T''' | '''⌨️C''' ↗ 09:30, 1 October 2025 (UTC)

:There were no credible sources as well. But all good. Thanks. Yucalyptus (talk) 09:32, 1 October 2025 (UTC)
::Thanks for understanding, would you like to proceed with an AfD nomination or would you prefer to leave the page alone for now? — <b style="background-color:black;border:3px solid gray;padding:3px;color:lime;">🪫Volatile</b> ''' 📲T''' | '''⌨️C''' ↗ 09:39, 1 October 2025 (UTC)
:::I do. Okay, I usually forget the process and I need a memory refresh. Now I've done it not long ago on another Big Brother contestant Jamie McDonald and it was successful (people voted and the article was deleted within a week).
:::Which template do I use on the Simon Deering ↗ article?
:::{subst:prod| }
:::Or
:::{subst:Proposed deletion| }.
:::Thanks for the clear-up. Yucalyptus (talk) 12:23, 1 October 2025 (UTC)
::::No worries, I have done the nomination on your behalf at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Simon Deering (2nd nomination) ↗. The full manual process can be found at WP:HOWTOAFD ↗. It's a little complicated, which is why I prefer to use Twinkle ↗'s semi-automated method. — <b style="background-color:black;border:3px solid gray;padding:3px;color:lime;">🪫Volatile</b> <sup>''' 📲T''' | '''⌨️C''' ↗</sup> 17:25, 1 October 2025 (UTC)

Replaceable non-free use File:SaraMarieFedele.jpg

32px|left ↗
Thanks for uploading ''':File:SaraMarieFedele.jpg ↗'''. I noticed that this file is being used under a claim of non-free use ↗. However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion ↗. This criterion states that files used under claims of non-free use may have ''no free equivalent''; in other words, if the file could be adequately covered by a freely-licensed file or by text alone, then it may not be used on Wikipedia. If you believe this file is not replaceable, please:

# Go to the file description page ↗ and add the text {{Tlx|Di-replaceable non-free use disputed|&lt;your reason>}} '''below''' the original replaceable non-free use template, replacing <code>&lt;your reason></code> with a short explanation of why the file is not replaceable.
# On the file's talk page ↗, write a full explanation of why you believe the file is not replaceable.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media item by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license ↗, or by creating new media yourself (for example, by taking your own photograph of the subject).

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these media fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on <span class="plainlinks">[{{fullurl:Special:Contributions|target=Yucalyptus&namespace=6}} this link]</span>. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification, per the non-free content policy ↗. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page ↗. Thank you. <!-- Template:di-replaceable non-free use-notice --> <span style="color: #EE1C25; font-family:Georgia;">'''thejiujiangdragon'''</span> <small>talk/contribs ↗</small> 23:10, 5 May 2026 (UTC)

Speedy deletion ↗ nomination of :File:Pauline Hanson Israel flag.jpg ↗

48px|left|alt=|link= ↗

A tag has been placed on :File:Pauline Hanson Israel flag.jpg ↗ requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F7 of the criteria for speedy deletion ↗, because it is a non-free file ↗ from a commercial source (e.g. Associated Press ↗, Getty Images ↗), where the file itself is not the subject of sourced commentary. If you can explain why the file can be used under the non-free content guidelines ↗, please add the appropriate non-free use tag ↗ and rationale.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may '''contest the nomination''' by visiting the page ↗ and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines ↗. <!-- Template:Db-badfairuse-notice --> <!-- Template:Db-csd-notice-custom --> 999<span style="white-space: nowrap;color: white;text-shadow:0 0 .25em #F0F,0 0 .6em #F0F;">REAL 💬 ⬆ ↗</span> 18:06, 11 June 2026 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free image File:Mizoneadvert.jpg

35px|text-top|left|⚠|link= ↗ Thanks for uploading ''':File:Mizoneadvert.jpg ↗'''. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of non-free use ↗. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media ↗).

Note that any non-free images not used in any '''articles''' will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion ↗. Thank you.<!-- Template:Di-orphaned non-free use-notice --> --B-bot (talk) 17:31, 3 July 2026 (UTC)
