Hello! Voting in the '''2025 Arbitration Committee elections ↗''' is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on {{#time:l, j F Y|{{Arbitration Committee candidate/data|2025|end}}-1 day}}. All '''eligible users ↗''' are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.
The Arbitration Committee ↗ is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process ↗. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans ↗, topic bans ↗, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy ↗ describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
If you wish to participate in the 2025 election, please review the candidates ↗ and submit your choices on the '''2025|poll}}|voting page ↗'''. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{tlx|NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. <small>MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:57, 18 November 2025 (UTC)</small>

Ok, so explain how flightradar24 can reliably verify which livery a plane is using? Their support page ↗ literally states that this information is submitted by users, and as such is WP:UGC ↗. <span class="nowrap"><span style="color: RebeccaPurple">Danners430</span> tweaks made ↗</span> 16:56, 25 January 2026 (UTC)
:The page states that the information is reviewed by an editorial team. That makes it no longer WP:UGC ↗ in my opinion.
:I would have preferred to have this discussion on the article talk page or WP:RSN ↗ so other interested editors can also comment. I would prefer if you moved it there. Arnav Bhate (talk • contribs ↗) 04:51, 26 January 2026 (UTC)
::Not every source needs discussing at RSN… but if you're so desperate to have that discussion, so be it. <span class="nowrap"><span style="color: RebeccaPurple">Danners430</span> tweaks made ↗</span> 08:05, 26 January 2026 (UTC)
Edit summaries
25px|alt=Information icon ↗ Please could you make an effort to describe your edits using an edit summary ↗. You did a series of edits to :Mumbai Metro ↗ on 13 April, and they may have been mistaken for test edits ↗ and therefore reverted. This would not have happened if you had described each with an edit summary. Collaboration among editors is fundamental to Wikipedia, and every edit should be explained by a clear edit summary ↗, or by discussion on the talk page ↗. Please use the edit summary field to explain your reasoning for an edit or to describe what it changes. Summaries save time for other editors and reduce the chances that your edit will be misunderstood. For some edits, an adequate summary may be quite brief ↗.
The edit summary field looks like this:
{{Edit summary field/OOUI}}
or in the visual editor:
{{Edit summary field/VisualEditor}}
{{strong|Please provide an edit summary for every edit you make.}} When logged in to your Wikipedia account ↗, you can give yourself a reminder by setting {{myprefs|3|check={{int:tog-forceeditsummary}}}}, and then click the "{{int:saveprefs}}" button.

...for catching that I failed to delete the pages in Wikipedia:Redirects for discussion/Log/2026 June 26#Mare-mayor merger ↗. Must've been a closer script misfire. <span style="color:#1C7E85"><b>Rusalkii</b></span> (talk) 00:52, 5 July 2026 (UTC)
:One of the pages had a notice that a bot would recreate it if the other existed. You deleted that one, which the bot recreated. Arnav Bhate (talk • contribs ↗) 06:58, 5 July 2026 (UTC)
