Please stop making incorrect changes to articles about spouses of prime ministers. You are just creating work for others to revert them. Note that:

Spouse of a prime minister is not an office, so the officeholder infobox should not be used.

Remind yourself of the the correct format for dates, as described at MOS:DATEFORMAT ↗. For example, use 4 September 2001, not 4th September 2001.
