Sorry about the edit. The Wikipedia Deaths page listed him as died so I went to do small edits like IS to WAS. Then of course AFTER I did the edits he was removed from the Wiki death page. Was just trying to help. ~2026-25477-1 ↗ (talk) 17:07, 12 January 2026 (UTC)

Football player and manager
Just recently you have been changing dual role football entries effectively to "footballer and manager", with existing credits for either or both. If the subject had either role as their only notability, it would indeed be "footballer" or "manager". But when they have two or more roles in football, it is always displayed as "football player and manager", i.e. they were a notable player and manager, both in the football scene. I have changed these back to the described consensus as it stands at the moment. You can of course open a section at the talk page ↗ to suggest this be changed. Thanks. The reference you have used to support Michael Parenti ↗'s entry is deprecated. It is worth checking potential sources against those listed at WP:RSP ↗ to determine reliability. Thanks. - Derek R Bullamore (talk) 17:21, 25 January 2026 (UTC)

Unnecessary edit
You removed a link on Fobazi Ettarh ↗ declaring it is not a reliable source. Please '''do not''' do that. Self-published sources CAN be cited under Wikipedia rules, as long as they are used very little. That is what I have done. Please do not do renegade edits like this in the future which help ''no one''. Historyday01 (talk) 17:54, 5 February 2026 (UTC)

25px|alt=Information icon ↗ Hello. Thank you for your contributions ↗ to Wikipedia ↗. I noticed that your recent edit to :Steve Gaines (pastor) ↗ did not have an edit summary ↗. Collaboration among editors is fundamental to Wikipedia, and every edit should be explained by a clear edit summary ↗, or by discussion on the talk page ↗. Please use the edit summary field to explain your reasoning for an edit or to describe what it changes. Summaries save time for other editors and reduce the chances that your edit will be misunderstood. For some edits, an adequate summary may be quite brief ↗.
The edit summary field looks like this:
{{Edit summary field/OOUI}}
or in the visual editor:
{{Edit summary field/VisualEditor}}
{{strong|Please provide an edit summary for every edit you make.}} When logged in to your Wikipedia account ↗, you can give yourself a reminder by setting {{myprefs|3|check={{int:tog-forceeditsummary}}}}, and then click the "{{int:saveprefs}}" button.

30px|left|alt=|link= ↗ You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war ↗ according to the reverts you have made on :James Gadson ↗. Please be particularly aware that Wikipedia's policy on edit warring ↗ states:
# '''Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made'''.
# '''Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.'''
If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page ↗ to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus ↗ among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard ↗ or seek dispute resolution ↗. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection ↗. June 2026 deaths
You have removed my uncle, Antony Jameson (pioneer in the field of computational fluid dynamics) from the list of notable deaths in June 2026, saying LinkedIn is not a reliable source.
This is ridiculous. My real source is my father, who was Antony's brother. Nick Jameson (talk) 21:45, 17 June 2026 (UTC)
:According to Wikipedia:Reliable sources/Perennial sources, LinkedIn is a social network. As a self-published source, it is considered generally unreliable and should be avoided unless the post is used for an uncontroversial self-description. BradyBunchFan (talk) 00:11, 18 June 2026 (UTC)

Lauren Bennett
Hi {{ping|BradyBunchFan}} could you change Lauren Bennett ↗'s date of birth to 23 June 1989? As it seems someone changed it and all other languages say 23rd.
Also place of death was Meopham, the same as her place of birth according to her inquest ↗
Thanks Morrisonsfloor (talk) 23:05, 6 July 2026 (UTC)
:According to USA Today, her date of birth was June 24th, and not June 23rd.
