Ultra-high temperature ceramic ↗

Hello, @Cerebral726! On 3 January 2023 you flagged this article as being closely paraphrased. It has 75 sources. Would you please let me know which one(s) are problematic? Then I'll happily resolve the issue. Oona Wikiwalker (talk) 20:17, 7 August 2025 (UTC)

:Used Earwigs copyvio detector and couldn't find anything, so we're probably good to just remove that tag. Should have been more specific when I added, apologies. <b style="font-family:Times New Roman; color:#008080"> ''Cerebral726'' </b><b style="font-family:Times New Roman; color:#3e4f73">''(talk)''</b> 20:28, 7 August 2025 (UTC)

Photo of Mengeringhausen on Jet Lag article

Even though I have been convinced by the justification you made in the edit, and as such I won't try to revert it, I must point out that the 2nd place round took up nearly half of the whole game, and 2 and a half episodes of the season. I would say that counts as pretty darn prominent.

But then it is true that Mengeringhausen hardly shows up in the show at all, it isn't even namedropped in the video itself. That alone convinced me to accept your edit. But I hope you see where I'm coming from disputing the other part of your argument even though I agree with the conclusion. Cascadiawank (talk) 16:23, 27 October 2025 (UTC)

:While it is important (and the length and depth of the prose summary reflects that), it isn't as critical as was previously represented by the photo prominance and caption length. <b style="font-family:Times New Roman; color:#008080"> ''Cerebral726'' </b><b style="font-family:Times New Roman; color:#3e4f73">''(talk)''</b> 16:34, 27 October 2025 (UTC)

{{WPPodcasting invite}}

Great work on The Anthropocene Reviewed ↗! I thought you might have some interest in joining the Podcasting Wikiproject and contributing to some of the articles in :Category:Science podcasts ↗. TipsyElephant (talk) 16:03, 29 December 2025 (UTC)

:Thank you for the invite! I'll take a look, see how I can contribute. <b style="font-family:Times New Roman; color:#008080"> ''Cerebral726'' </b><b style="font-family:Times New Roman; color:#3e4f73">''(talk)''</b> 16:21, 29 December 2025 (UTC)

Swansea University edit remove

I see you reverted my edit on Swansea University ↗ . I do deem Lando Norris' visit significant especially given this visit was the start of his road to 2025 F1 title.--Stephen C Taylor (talk) 16:26, 30 December 2025 (UTC)

:Perhaps it is relevant to Lando's article (I even doubt that), but it is clearly not relevant to the history of the university. Feel free to start a discussion, I am going to remove it per WP:STATUSQUO ↗. <b style="font-family:Times New Roman; color:#008080"> ''Cerebral726'' </b><b style="font-family:Times New Roman; color:#3e4f73">''(talk)''</b> 16:27, 30 December 2025 (UTC)

Amy Muller copyvio

Hi!

I'd like to know why the screenshot I uploaded of Amy Muller on ''Abolish Everything!'' constitutes a copyright violation (and, preferably, why, by contrast, the screenshot of Mike Downie was kosher). I'm not disputing the tagging for deletion itself, I'm more than happy to defer to the better judgement of a more experienced editor such as yourself, but I would like to know how you came to this conclusion and what I did wrong, so that I may avoid making similar mistakes in the future.

Thanks in advance! Cascadiawank (talk) 19:19, 22 May 2026 (UTC)

:The relevant policy is here ↗, but going to the two sources, the Downie photo was takne from this video ↗, which states it is "Creative Commons Attribution license (reuse allowed)" in the description. The video you took your screenshot from did not have any CC license and is a copyright violation. <b style="font-family:Times New Roman; color:#008080"> ''Cerebral726'' </b><b style="font-family:Times New Roman; color:#3e4f73">''(talk)''</b> 12:43, 26 May 2026 (UTC)
::Ah, I see. That makes perfect sense, thank you. Cascadiawank (talk) 12:46, 26 May 2026 (UTC)
