Small fonts

I hate the use of small fonts, especially in infoboxes and I applaud you removing them. However, do note that your MOS:SMALLSMALL ↗ rationale given in your edit summary is technically incorrect as it was applying small to an element of the infobox title, which still leaves the text actually bigger than regular article text. ::Infobox text is already reduces, so it definitely applies yes. However what you reduced was the infobox title text which is much larger. I still don't like it being reduced all I'm saying is that SMALLSMALL was not the right summary in that case.
