About Robert Ramsey wording
Re: your reversion comment, I basically gathered that that was the intended meaning of the original wording, which you have restored, but that wording sounds dumb, frankly. My main intention was to change the text to something that makes better sense in good, written English. I recommend you try to change it again to something that says what you want it to say, but in better English. Maybe I'll tweak again after you do that. Tbh I think the way I worded it was perfectly good enough. It did not say, or imply, that he is well known in Korea, but the idea that his expertise is well regarded in the West is, I think, implicit in simply saying simply that he is regarded as an expert. Himatsu Bushi (talk) 03:08, 13 June 2026 (UTC)
:Don't directly insult others on Wikipedia. You sure you want to keep calling my writing dumb? grapesurgeon (talk) 03:20, 13 June 2026 (UTC)
:For the record, I think the way I worded it is fine, not "dumb". Reread your comment; dripping with avoidable condescension. Don't treat others like this. grapesurgeon (talk) 03:40, 13 June 2026 (UTC)

Question on Draft: Nevada Creek Dam
Thanks for reviewing the proposed article on Nevada Creek Dam. I don't understand your comment "sourcing doesn't make me confident". I would have thought the first two sources (Montana Dept of Natural Resources publication and the National Inventory of Dams) would be sufficient to establish credibility. Am I missing the point?
Nevada Creek, which the dam impounds, is a major tributary to the Blackfoot River (Montana) β, and has had millions of dollars spent on stream restoration β to improve fish habitat and for endangered species β protection. Should this article be absorbed into a new article on Nevada Creek? There are numerous external references to the Blackfoot River and related stream restoration projects. Should the article on the Blackfoot River be expanded to discuss its major tributaries, and reference an article on Nevada Creek, which then references the article on Nevada Creek Dam? β Preceding unsigned β comment added by NotSambo (talk β’ contribs β) 04:23, 18 June 2026 (UTC)
:Hello, when creating new articles what we look for is proving '''notability''', which is different from reliability. To prove notability, we typically look for at least 3 pieces of WP:SECONDARY β coverage, often newspapers or academic articles. The sources in that draft are largely from the US government, in some sense WP:PRIMARY β sources.
:If you're unable to find new secondary sources, the dam article can indeed be merged into some other article about some natural feature. See WP:NBUILDING β, which provides guidance on that (second bullet).
:Please let me know if you have other questions grapesurgeon (talk) 05:02, 18 June 2026 (UTC)

Hi, hope you are doing well!
You have reviewed my Draft:Sung Jin-woo β and mentioned some formatting errors, but as far I am not able to figure out what you mean, if I have misinterpreted, let me know. '''''PhantomVorteX''''' (Talk) 10:52, 21 June 2026 (UTC)

::Fine, can you suggest me what are reliable source in fields of anime and manga I will try to find their article on my subject to establish notability. '''''PhantomVorteX''''' (Talk) 15:13, 22 June 2026 (UTC)

Have added some more independent sources of her information - not saying its complete just yet - but its building. Also - whats the treatment for sources that may be behind a paywall? - are they useable, or should news sites be 'free' and available ? Ytekcor (talk) 12:30, 21 June 2026 (UTC)
:We prefer no paywall, but if you gotta use a paywall source that's ok. grapesurgeon (talk) 12:49, 21 June 2026 (UTC)

Recent AfC
Hi, thanks for the recent AfC review. I was curious, do you really think the sources (including both academic articles and news articles) are not reliable, do not provide significant coverage etc. or is just because the topic is too fringe? CartoonDiablo (talk) 15:11, 5 July 2026 (UTC)
:In my explanation for the decline I explained my rationale. grapesurgeon (talk) 15:31, 5 July 2026 (UTC)
::You're telling me that academic sources like EBSCO, CSIS, peer-reviewed and published articles, as well as multiple reliable news sources, all of which that are entirely about the topic, do not significantly cover it, are not reliable, and are not independent? CartoonDiablo (talk) 15:38, 5 July 2026 (UTC)
:::I never said that, read my rationale and click on that AFD link. grapesurgeon (talk) 15:41, 5 July 2026 (UTC)
