This Wikipedia is the English-''language'' Wikipedia, written by and for a global audience of English readers.{{pb}}To your specific question: each edition of Wikipedia has its own rules about what qualifies for inclusion. The English-language Wikipedia has very strict rules about Notability ↗, more strict than the other editions. What is the subject you're writing about? If it meets our notability guidelines ''and'' you can read Polish, then you can (manually) translate from the Polish article as a starting point. Otherwise, you would write it from scratch in English.
