Deletion of LegaSea article

Good afternoon @DerbyCountyinNZ, you have cited "WP:PROMO" for the LegaSea ↗ article. How should I fix the tone or structure to meet the standards on the article? It is my first ever article and I am not affiliated nor paid to write the article, it is simply creating a new article for an organisation in New Zealand that isn't featured on Wikipedia.
