25px|alt=Information icon ↗ Hello. This is a message to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions ↗, such as the edit(s) you made to :Chet Culver ↗, did not appear to be constructive and have been reverted ↗. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines ↗. You can find information about these at our welcome page ↗ which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia ↗. If you only meant to make test edits, please use your sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page ↗. Disambiguation link notification for April 27
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited 2000 Indiana gubernatorial election ↗, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Joe Kernan ↗. Such links are usually incorrect ↗, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. <small>(Read the FAQ{{*}} Join us at the DPL WikiProject ↗.)</small>
It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, --DPL bot (talk) 17:58, 27 April 2024 (UTC)

25px|alt=Information icon ↗ Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style ↗ that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style, as you did in :Robert Docking ↗, disturbs uniformity among articles and may cause readability or accessibility problems. Please take a look at the welcome page ↗ to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you.<!-- Template:uw-mos1 --> Jessicapierce (talk) 00:13, 12 May 2024 (UTC)
25px|alt=Information icon ↗ Please do not add or change content, as you did at :Mazi Melesa Pilip ↗, without citing a reliable source ↗. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources ↗ and take this opportunity to add references to the article. ''Adding comments about election results, such as "wide margin", "narrowly defeated", landslide", etc. need to have secondary sourcing. Please go back and revert yourself on the various pages you have done this, otherwise it makes more work for others.''<!-- Template:uw-unsourced2 --> <span style="border-radius:9em;padding:0 7px;background:black"><span style="color:white">'''BBQ'''</span></span>'''boffin'''<b style="color:#F00">grill me</b> 16:55, 21 May 2024 (UTC)
30px|alt=Stop icon ↗ You may be '''blocked from editing ↗ without further warning''' the next time you add unsourced or poorly sourced ↗ material to Wikipedia, as you did at :Steve Bullock (American politician) ↗. ''You have been reverted multiple times by me and other editors for subjectively calling election results "landslides" when the source for the election results do not use that term. Please familiarize yourself with WP:NPOV and WP:RS. If CNN or NYT call an election a landslide, great. But your opinion on what a landslide is or isn't is not the standard for our encyclopedia; reliable sources are.''<!-- Template:uw-unsourced4 --> <span style="border-radius:9em;padding:0 7px;background:black"><span style="color:white">'''BBQ'''</span></span>'''boffin'''<b style="color:#F00">grill me</b> 05:23, 28 May 2024 (UTC)

::Question of what would a landslide be considered Evru200 (talk) 12:25, 28 May 2024 (UTC)
:::"Landslide" is a subjective term, which is why on Wikipedia we need sourcing. If you know Politico counts it as 15 pointshttps://www.thoughtco.com/definition-of-a-landslide-election-3367585 ↗ for a given race you might be able to find a source on Politico where an election is called a landslide, and so you could safely say, "A defeated B in the election, 58%-42%, which Politico ↗ called a landslide win." and use as your source the election-specific Politico article.
:::You could also search the NPOV noticeboards to see if the question has been asked before; if not, you could start a discussion and get a consensus for what Wikpedians think the threshold is, or if there should be a threshold. Lacking that consensus, you need a source.
:::Edits of yours like this are concerning from a NPOV standpoint: A candidate of Party X beats Party Y's candidate 56%-44%https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Michael_Franken&diff=prev&oldid=1225661500 ↗ and 55%-45%https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Frank_Murkowski&diff=prev&oldid=1223720826 ↗ and although no source calls it a "landslide" you edit the page to call it that in Wikivoice. But when Party Y's candidate wins 59.4%-40% you don't use the term.https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Governorship_of_Ron_DeSantis&diff=prev&oldid=1225988684 ↗
:::'''Please go back and either source your "landslide" claims with a WP:RS ↗ or else self-revert them if you can't locate a source.''' <span style="border-radius:9em;padding:0 7px;background:black"><span style="color:white">'''BBQ'''</span></span>'''boffin'''<sup><b style="color:#F00">grill me</b></sup> 02:36, 29 May 2024 (UTC)

Rounding election results.
Hey, I just want to let you know that rounding election results in the infobox are not standard for wikipedia. Users have been reverting your roundings regarding your recent edits with election results. With results in the infobox rounded to the nearest hundredth, the percentage is more accurate and goes better with the page. GatewayPolitics (talk) 04:28, 29 May 2024 (UTC)
