Hello, EytanMelech. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation ↗ submission or draft ↗ page you started, "Book of Abisha ↗".
In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace ↗, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link ↗. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

WP:EGRS ↗
I wanted to follow up about an edit where, :Ilya Galant ↗ was removed from a parent category ↗.
This category is part of a group that falls under WP:EGRS ↗, which covers categories based on ethnicity, gender, religion, sexuality, or disability. These categories are typically set up as '''non-diffusing'''. That means when a page is added to a subcategory like this one, it's still meant to be included ↗ in the parent category as well.
This is important because removing someone from the parent category can unintentionally change who appears to "belong" there. Over time, that can make the main category look less representative than it actually is, which the EGRS guideline is designed to avoid ↗.
If you're not sure whether a subcategory is non-diffusing ↗, you can often check the category page itself; many include a note or template. You can also read more at WP:EGRS ↗ and in the section on the final-rung rule ↗. I hope this helps clarify things! SMasonGarrison 21:41, 4 October 2025 (UTC)

This is a good time to re-acquaint yourself with the guidance at Wikipedia:New pages patrol ↗. Before you get started, please take the time to:

- If you use Twinkle ↗, configure it ↗ to log your CSDs and PRODs
- If you can read any languages other than English, add yourself to the list of reviewers with language proficiencies ↗
You can find a list of other useful links and tools for patrollers at Wikipedia:New pages patrol/Resources ↗. During one of the ARBPIA case reviews on Wikipedia, I was one of the users banned by ArbCom for edits made to Wikipedia pages and votes cast on talk pages that violated Wikipedia rules. I was both topicbaned from the Arab-Israeli conflict, and had an entire block on my account so that I was not able to edit any page, including my own user pages. This went into effect in January 2024. I did a clemency appeal for my user block, which was lifting in September 2024. I did not, at that time, request a review of my Arab-Israeli topic ban, as I thought it was too soon and that I needed to show good behavior for a period of time before any consideration on that. In the following year and a half since, I have since made more than 2,600 edits on Wikipedia since my unblock and have written many articles. After fully learning what a "broadly-construed" topic ban meant, I believe that I have made improvements to the way I use Wikipedia, and that I have been a good example of someone making consistent & productive edits for the site and have been someone with overall good behavior. I would like to use this opportunity to request a review & potential removal of my topic ban on the Arab-Israel conflict.
Thank you very much.
