I apologise for vandalism

I shouldn’t have added the soup thing to the kettle war, it’s an overused joke and technically even if it was put down it would be in gains and losses
::No worries. As long as you don't make a habit of vandalism, you have nothing to worry about. Just keep making productive edits and it will be no issue at all. 25px|alt=Information icon ↗ Hello and welcome to Wikipedia ↗. When you add content to talk pages ↗ and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts ↗. There are two ways to do this. Either:
# Add four tilde ↗s ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment, or
# With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button 22px|link=Wikipedia:How to sign your posts ↗ located above the edit window.
This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Disambiguation link notification for April 4

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Mohammad Ayub Khan (Afghanistan) ↗, a link pointing to the disambiguation page Mohammad Musa Khan ↗ was added. Such links are usually incorrect ↗, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ{{*}} Join us at the DPL WikiProject ↗.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, --DPL bot (talk) 09:59, 4 April 2026 (UTC)

Primary sources

Hi Godzillasizedemu. On Wikipedia, we generally give precedence to modern, scholarly secondary sources over ancient primary sources. For an explanation of how primary, secondary, and tertiary sources should and should not be used on Wikipedia, see WP:PSTS ↗. In cases like this ↗, while there's nothing wrong with including the primary sources ''in addition'' to the secondary source already there (provided that you check that the primary sources verify the cited information), the citation to the secondary source should be retained. – Michael Aurel (talk) 23:42, 9 April 2026 (UTC)

:Hi. I notice that you've again removed secondary sources in places where they were cited alongside primary ones, on the grounds that they are "unnecessary". As I've explained to you, Wikipedia prefers secondary sources; it is perfectly acceptable to cite a primary source alongside a secondary one, but the secondary source should not be removed. Please do not continue removing such citations. Thanks. – Michael Aurel (talk) 23:25, 17 April 2026 (UTC)

Deprodding ↗ of :Islamophobic tropes ↗

I have removed the {{Tlc|proposed deletion/dated}} tag from :Islamophobic tropes ↗, which you proposed for deletion. There are certainly ways the content on the article can be improved, but at least from my view the article itself is on a notable topic that cannot be properly handled within the context of just the Islamophobia ↗ article. If you still think this article should be deleted, please do not add {{Tlc|proposed deletion}} back to the page. Instead, feel free to list it at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion ↗. Psamtik II ↗

Hello! Love the username, by the way, truly a frightening thought. I noticed that the content you'd added to Psamtik II's article was a quote from a translation of Herodotus and was not in quotation marks. I've put it in a blockquote ↗. In future, please ensure that quotations are in quotes or are otherwise appropriately attributed. Even if it's public domain content, it is still plagiarism ↗ to include it on Wikipedia without appropriate attribution. Let me know if you have questions.
