Orphaned non-free image File:Logo of Unibroue.jpg
35px|text-top|left|⚠|link= ↗ Thanks for uploading ''':File:Logo of Unibroue.jpg ↗'''. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of non-free use ↗. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media ↗).
Note that any non-free images not used in any '''articles''' will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion ↗. :Hello Minorax,
:I have used this non-free image in a the unibroue ↗ article. Does that not prevent it from being deleted? I am new to editing so you may have to help me understand where I went wrong.

Libraries
Hi, I noticed you have recently been editing content related to the St. Catharines library. I read your userpage and I think you might find all the redlinks at List of public libraries in Ontario ↗ interesting. I think I've started about four library articles myself at this point? It's possible that not all the small town ones meet WP:GNG ↗, but at the very least they could be redirects to the municipalities they serve, with content added to reflect their existence. <span style="color:mediumpurple">Clovermoss</span><span style="color:green">🍀</span> (talk) 07:14, 16 January 2026 (UTC)
:::Hey @Clovermoss! Ha ha thanks for the pointer. I actually would be thrilled to work on that. I suppose if the library system does not warrant a separate article, they would belong under the "culture" section of the city or county that the library system serves. If you need any help with any articles about Southern Ontario, or the Niagara Region, I am happy to help! (I primarily take photos for Wikimedia Commons but sometimes I work up the courage to edit Wikipedia articles) -- Gogerr (talk) 18:50, 16 January 2026 (UTC)
::::Added Burlington Public Library (Ontario) ↗ today! I could not find any photos on commons of any of the branches. Gogerr (talk) 02:39, 17 January 2026 (UTC)
:::::Maybe I'll get around to it sometime later this year. I'm from the Niagara region too, at least for the moment. I totally understand if you're not comfortable with it and won't be offended if you say no, but if you ever want to meet somewhere public and swap editing experiences, you could contact me through Special:EmailUser ↗. I've taken a lot of local photos for Commons, too, although I definitely focus more on enwiki. <span style="color:mediumpurple">Clovermoss</span><span style="color:green">🍀</span> (talk) 04:03, 17 January 2026 (UTC)
::::::Sorry for the late follow up! I would totally be happy to meet up! I *think* I have successfully sent you an email. -- Gogerr (talk) 01:38, 4 February 2026 (UTC)

WikiProject Canada
You might like participating in Wikipedia:WikiProject Canada/The 10,000 Challenge ↗. I've done so for years and enjoy my annual maple leaf. <span style="color:mediumpurple">Clovermoss</span><span style="color:green">🍀</span> (talk) 03:43, 10 February 2026 (UTC)
:Oh yes please! I'll definitely be joining that! I desperately need a barnstar of some sort. Gogerr (talk) 02:08, 11 February 2026 (UTC)
Picard's Peanuts ↗ moved to draftspace
Thanks for your contributions to Picard's Peanuts ↗. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing as a live article at this time because '''it needs more sources to establish notability'''.
I have converted it to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.
Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page ↗.
When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit the draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. MediaKyle (talk) 14:15, 20 April 2026 (UTC)
:Thanks! I'll keep working on it! I think I can dig up more sources, how many do you reckon I need to establish notability? Gogerr (talk) 14:58, 20 April 2026 (UTC)
::Hi there. Writing about companies can be rather tricky because they're held to a higher standard than other topics -- see WP:NCORP ↗ (and specifically WP:CORPDEPTH ↗). It's not necessarily about the amount of sources, but rather the quality of the sources. Press releases, primary sources, and trivial coverage don't count towards notability. The article from the ''Times-Journal'' is good, I'd try to find more like that. Cheers, MediaKyle (talk) 15:03, 20 April 2026 (UTC)
:::Sounds good! The more I dig into this topic on Picard's Peanuts, the more I think it is significant for Ontarian cultural and agricultural history. Your right that I can probably find better articles, I am working on digging up the scientific journals related to the peanut experiments in Norfolk County. However, in general, I do find it challenging to dig up quality information on businesses. Thanks for the info! Gogerr (talk) 15:22, 20 April 2026 (UTC)
:::I have added more citations and submitted it for review! I hope it is ok Gogerr (talk) 02:45, 21 April 2026 (UTC)
Wikipedia:Destubathon of the Americas ↗
Hello there! You are invited to participate in the '''Destubathon of the Americas ↗''', a contest/editathon which will run from May 1 to May 31. The goal is to destub as many of our 475,000+ stubs for the Americas (from Alaska down to Chile) as possible. A good chance to have fun in expanding many of our old stale stubs and win up to £2000 ($2680) in Amazon vouchers for expanding stub articles. Sign up in the Contestants/participants section on the contest page if interested. Even if not interested in prizes you are still warmly welcome to participate in it as an editathon! Hopefully we can achieve something significant in the month of May together! ♦ <span style="font-variant:small-caps;color:#aba67e">''Dr. Blofeld''</span> 14:58, 22 April 2026 (UTC)

Links to draft articles
25px|alt=Information icon ↗ Please do not introduce links ↗ to draft ↗ articles in actual articles, as you did to :Japanese-style peanuts ↗. Since a draft is not yet ready for the main article space, it is not in shape for ordinary readers, and links from articles should not go to a draft. Such links are contrary to the Manual of Style ↗. {{#ifeq:{{lc:}}|yes|An edit has converted these links, into links to the not-currently-existing page (redlinks) where the draft will be placed if it is eventually accepted. Thus the links will automatically become valid links aimed at the correct target when and if the draft is accepted.|These links have been removed.}} Thank you.<!-- Template:Uw-draft-link --> - Arjayay (talk) 13:07, 12 June 2026 (UTC)
:My apologies, I was unaware of that! I will remember that for next time. Thanks for letting me know -- Gogerr (talk) 14:05, 12 June 2026 (UTC)
:I have gone about removing other instances of that mistake in other articles I have edited. Cheers -- Gogerr (talk) 14:11, 12 June 2026 (UTC)
Event page
I've started an event page for us at Event:St. Catharines meetup in July 2026 ↗. I plan to expand it more in the morning once I've gone to bed, but please feel free to take a look around and "sign up". <span style="color:mediumpurple">Clovermoss</span><span style="color:green">🍀</span> (talk) 05:18, 10 July 2026 (UTC)
