Wikipedia and copyright

30px|link=|alt=Control copyright icon ↗ Hello Gwapo461, and welcome to Wikipedia. Your additions to :Impact of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act on YouTube ↗ have been removed in whole or in part, as they appear to have added copyrighted content without evidence that the source material is in the public domain ↗ or has been released by its owner or legal agent under a suitably-free and compatible ↗ copyright license. (''To request such a release, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission ↗''.) While we appreciate your contributions to Wikipedia, there are certain things you must keep in mind about using information from sources to avoid copyright ↗ and plagiarism ↗ issues.

It's very important that contributors understand and follow these practices, as policy requires that people who persistently do not must be blocked ↗ from editing. If you have any questions about this, you are welcome to leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. <!-- Template:uw-copyright-new --> — Diannaa&nbsp;(talk) 12:32, 20 June 2020 (UTC)

License tagging for File:Btvbs logo with zekuru text.png

Thanks for uploading :File:Btvbs logo with zekuru text.png ↗. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags ↗ to indicate this information.

To add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list ↗, click on this link ↗, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia. For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions ↗. Thank you for your cooperation.<!-- User:OrphanBot/untagged-new --> --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 17:31, 26 March 2024 (UTC)

25px|alt=Information icon ↗ Hello. This is a message to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions ↗, such as the edit(s) you made to :KGO-TV ↗, did not appear to be constructive and have been reverted ↗. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines ↗. You can find information about these at our welcome page ↗ which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia ↗. If you only meant to make test edits, please use your sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page ↗. Speedy deletion ↗ nomination of :User:Gwapo461/sandbox/DXZK-TV ↗

48px|left|alt=|link= ↗

A tag has been placed on :User:Gwapo461/sandbox/DXZK-TV ↗ requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done for the following reason:

<blockquote>U5 NOTWEBHOST, G3 blatant hoax. Fictional TV station. MfD nomination also calls for a speedy, and I believe that is warranted.</blockquote>

Under the criteria for speedy deletion ↗, pages that meet certain criteria may be deleted at any time.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may '''contest the nomination''' by visiting the page ↗ and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines ↗. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the {{Querylink|Special:Log|qs=type=delete&page=User%3AGwapo461%2Fsandbox%2FDXZK-TV|deleting administrator}}, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here ↗. <!-- Template:Db-reason-notice --> <span style="color:#ba4168">Sammi Brie</span> (she/her • tc ↗) 03:18, 22 September 2024 (UTC)

Am I in trouble?

I think I'm gonna face consequences for making bad edits on Wikipedia. Also, my sandbox page DXZK-TV is about to be deleted in few days. DXZK-TV is a fictional TV station, doesn't mean to happen in real life. I'm just confused. Gwapo461 (talk) 15:21, 22 September 2024 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for July 8

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Northern Davao Electric Cooperative ↗, a link pointing to the disambiguation page Davao ↗ was added. Such links are usually incorrect ↗, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. <small>(Read the FAQ{{*}} Join us at the DPL WikiProject ↗.)</small>

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, --DPL bot (talk) 06:05, 8 July 2026 (UTC)
