Page mover

I've gone ahead and given you page mover ↗ permissions. I think you can be trusted with them and will make good use of them.

This should allow you in the future to avoid needless (FM) disambiguators, etc. when moving broadcast station pages (see Talk:WFLM (FM) ↗).

There are two scripts you should install to make the most use of page mover:

User:Ahecht/Scripts/pageswap allows you to swap the titles of two pages. Useful when stations have changes in call sign.

User:BilledMammal/Move+ contains facilities to retarget page links, necessary with our pages. It won't auto-alphabetize the list of call sign links in our navboxes, though, so that requires some manual intervention.
