What's a stram?

Hello

In the article about Carbunup ↗, in the section about its name, it says one possible meaning is "a kindly stram". When I looked for the meaning of that word, I found only things that didn't seem to make sense in the context - "a kindly springing-back motion" or "a kindly beatdown" both seem pretty unlikely. :) I also don't see the word online much at all.

Is "stram" just a typo? Or is it a real word that I've never seen until today (and that has maybe not made it as far as Canada)?

You recently nominated Vineet Gupta for A7 speedy deletion ↗. I don't understand why and have subsequently removed your templating. Even at the time when you added it, the article was clearly making a very plain argument for importance and notability and in no way met A7 criteria ↗. Your review of Yongren Bridge

Hi, as part of the re-review process for the January-February NPP drive, I re-reviewed Yongren Bridge ↗ and am wondering how you came to conclude it passes GNG. The article as-is has two sources when bridges need to pass GNG, and one of those is user-generated. There's a ScienceDirect paper that's kind of relevant, but my own search using the hanzi didn't really bring up anything that looked like SIGCOV.
