What you did is mostly correct, but I believe that the school WAS called the Sister's Convent and Grammar School, and some NEIGHBORS expressed their concerned with the building's height (and the character of another commercially-owned and operated residential high-rise building). So your assumptions were at once both reasonable but incorrect. Also, the Redemptorist priests are not typically businessmen; had they been more fiscally astute, residents believe, they could have found a 'financial instrument' to allow them to maintain control over these two 'medium-rise' (I think they are 'low-rise') buildings that had belonged to their neighborhood-based operation in this set. Also, you can add "neighbors" for clarification if you want - all I did was change it from "This is a huge project and people are concerned" to "Some are concerned" - the original sentence showed signs of POV so I was just giving it more neutral wording. The Mission Grammar School on St. Alphonsus Street SEEMS to be run mostly by non-nuns. Some community events are held there, including the mont0hly Community Safety Meeting (e.k.a. Crime Watch).
