There has been an uptick in malicious vandalism lately, and today a cross-wiki vandal https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:CentralAuth/Kalk%C4%AB4 who was IMPERSONATING me at Wikiquote, Meta, Wikivoyage, Wikimania and here put messages on my user talk pages at Wikiquote, which were quickly recognized as vandalism and reverted by {{user|Morkoz}}:

After this the account was blocked by {{user|Codename Noreste}}:

I afterwards noticed this and deleted a User:talk page where the imposter claimed it to be an alternate account of mine, but a similar page was also created at Meta which showed up on all the wikis he began to vandalize, claiming to be me, before being globally blocked by {{user|SHB2000}}:

I recently began to work on my computer again, and had a notice of this current block of my account here — which I believe can swiftly be recognized as a mistaken target. I hope this is fully apparent and will swiftly be corrected.

I have just removed that false message which the imposter posted at Meta, and replaced it with "There was a false message here by an impersonating vandal which has now been removed."

Unblock request

:Pinging Alexf as the blocking admin (but not to unblock). Speaking as an administrator on both English Wikiquote and Meta, I can confirm that Kalkī4 was made in an attempt to impersonate Kalki. Kalkī4 ↗'s recent edits on Wikiquote involved vandalism (adding bad words), and I blocked them as an LTA account.
