Romania in the Eurovision Song Contest 2005 ↗

Hi there! Please don't undo my edits on the article above, since I cleaned it up, expanded it and sourced it. It should contain information about Romania's overall 2005 participation, not just about the national final—with my edits, it does now. Also, the info that was left out from the national final scoreboard couldn't be sourced, that's why. Best regards; Cartoon network freak (talk) 10:30, 19 June 2019 (UTC)

Finland in ESC reference removal

Hello - can you please explain why you removed my addition of a reference for the UMK final results? Every other article in the Eurovision community utilizes an article reference for results and yet you took mine off. Cjt199677 (talk) 15:38, 27 February 2022 (UTC)

I see that you have moved it to the paragraph instead. However, because the article indicates both the winner and cites the vote totals for the table I have bundled the citation and readded it to the results table. Please do not remove. Cjt199677 (talk) 16:01, 27 February 2022 (UTC)

: @Cjt199677 I probably removed it by mistake while editing the page without noticing, wasn't my intent so apologies for that. LWL12345 (talk) 16:36, 27 February 2022 (UTC)

Hi there. Thanks again for all the hard work you're putting in! My goal is to get some of these ''country in year'' articles to WP:GA ↗ status. I noticed that you've been adding when the rehearsals were held for each country, but I haven't been able to track down any refs for that information. Where is that information coming from? Grk1011 (talk) 18:52, 19 April 2022 (UTC)

: @Grk1011 Hey, thanks for the nice words. I usually refer to the publish dates of the ''eurovision.tv'' live rehearsal reports as evidence for such information. If it makes things better I'll try adding the yearly events calendar as an extra ref in future articles (as well as those that I already worked on when I have the opportunity to). Wording comment

I noticed the following sentence being copy-pasted everywhere and I'm concerned that it doesn't make sense: "a special allocation draw was held which placed each country into one of the two semi-finals, as well as which half of the show they would perform in." As I edit, I typically change it to "...and ''determined'' which half...", but I can't keep up with so many articles. Am I missing something? It's also unclear why it's "special". Grk1011 (talk) 15:04, 5 February 2023 (UTC)

: @Grk1011 Honestly, I never really paid special attention to how that certain part was worded since the aforementioned text is basically taken from the previous country articles that managed to stay untouched over the years (on top of the fact that it looked to be semantically correct on paper). But now that this was brought up I agree with what you've mentioned about the redundancies/inaccuracies, so thanks for the remark. LWL12345 (talk) 05:25, 6 February 2023 (UTC)
