:Welcome to Wikipedia, @Aadridt! I assume you're on a computer instead of a phone. In that case, when you pick manual, you next get a menu of different kinds of citations: website, news, etc. Pick one and a dialog box appears with fields for some of the parts of the citation. Fill in the fields for which you have information, such as title and url (http://....) If none of those fit, then you can pick Basic and just enter info in textual format. :::Most references include a web page. You can usually find the information (title, author, date,...) to complete the fields on that page.
