The World Destubathon ↗


Hello. You're invited to participate in The World Destubathon ↗. We're aiming to destub a lot of articles and also improve longer stale articles. It started today on Monday June 16 and will run until Sunday July 13. There is over $3300 going into it, with $500 the top prize. If you are interested in winning something to save you money in buying books for future content, or just see it as a good editathon opportunity to see a lot of articles improved for subjects which interest you, sign up on the page in the participants section if interested. Perfroming Arts Aotearoa project



Feel like a winter focus on the arts?

I have just added some Women in Red links to the Wikipedia:WikiProject New Zealand/Performing Arts Aotearoa ↗.

:Hi @Sumanuil - I should have left explanations of these edits. I can find no reliable source that uses the prefix MV and so I removed it. I would like to move the article in future but am waiting for consensus on the move request at Talk:MS Strait Feronia ↗ first. Until that is resolved I won't revert. Photos of the interior of The Beehive



Kia ora, I have looked at the article Beehive (New Zealand) ↗, and the associated categories of images in Commons. I was surprised to find that we currently have no photos of the interior of the Beehive (only collections of images of various meetings and functions held there). See: Category:Interior of the Beehive ↗. I don't know what is possible, but there are public tours of at least some of the Parliamentary buildings. Perhaps photography is permitted ? Would you be interested in seeing what is possible ? Aspects of the interior of the building are mentioned in the article, and it would be great to have some images to support this. The existing photo gallery in the article is not great. Overall, the article is worthwhile improving, because it is clearly an important topic, and gets over 2,000 page-views per month._Marshelec (talk) 02:04, 18 May 2026 (UTC)
