A tag has been placed on :Patrick Cutrone ↗, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion ↗, because the page appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion discussion ↗, {{#if:|at {{{2}}} ↗|such as at Articles for Deletion ↗}}. When a page has substantially identical content to that of a page deleted after a discusion, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may '''contest the nomination''' by visiting the page ↗ and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines ↗. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the {{Querylink|Special:Log|qs=type=delete&page=Patrick+Cutrone|deleting administrator}}, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here ↗. <!-- Template:Db-repost-notice --> Luxic (talk) 16:53, 2 May 2017 (UTC)

Updating stats

Hi; I just wanted to inform you that on wikipedia it is protocol to update football players' appearance and goal stats (and the dates) in the tables and infoboxes only after the match has ended, and not before.
Thanks, and happy editing!
Best regards, Messirulez (talk) 21:23, 13 March 2018 (UTC)

:Thanks updating stats, but you really do need to wait until the game is completely over. You updated Insigne’s appearances and then he scored a goal so you had to go back. Disambiguation link notification for November 19

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Exequiel Palacios ↗, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page River Plate ↗ ([//dispenser.info.tm/~dispenser/cgi-bin/dablinks.py/Exequiel_Palacios check to confirm]&nbsp;|&nbsp;[//dispenser.info.tm/~dispenser/cgi-bin/dab_solver.py/Exequiel_Palacios?client=notify fix with Dab solver]). Such links are usually incorrect ↗, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. <small>(Read the FAQ{{*}} Join us at the DPL WikiProject ↗.)</small>

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 07:43, 19 November 2019 (UTC)

Hi there. Categories for leagues like <nowiki>Category:Serie A players ↗</nowiki>, which you added here ↗ don't get added to a player's article until the player has actually made an appearance in the league. Kind regards, Robby.is.on (talk) 07:32, 4 September 2020 (UTC)

Lorenzo Colombo

I noticed you’ve consistently edited Lorenzo Colombo’s goal tally to zero. He scored a goal yesterday against Bodo/Glint in the Europa league qualifiers. Didn’t you see the game or know about it?

Do you have a problem with Milan’s resurgence. Please desist from the alterations. Thank uou Temp (talk) 18:30, 25 September 2020 (UTC

:: {{re|Temp}} To elaborate on what ReaperSox said: It's consensus among editors of football articles on Wikipedia (WP:FOOTY ↗) not to include appearances other than those in the league in player infoboxes.
:: Also, please avoid comments such as "Do you have a problem with Milan’s resurgence", they violate assuming good faith ↗, a fundamental principle on Wikipedia and are not helpful when discussing matters of this kind. Kind regards, Robby.is.on (talk) 23:06, 25 September 2020 (UTC)

:::The only tally not added are goals scored in friendlies. Goal tally includes Qualifiers, leagues even the Club World Cup. The match against Bodo/Glint was his first official debut. It’s clearly stated. If what you say is correct, then Zlatan, CR7 and Messi should have at least 250 goals removed from their total goal tally. If the qualifiers don’t count, why does the number appearance(1) reflect? Be guided Temp (talk) 10:41, 26 September 2020 (UTC)
:::Even Calhanoglu’s brace in the same match was added Temp (talk) 11:24, 26 September 2020 (UTC)

:::: {{re|Temp}} Incorrect. We only count domestic league appearances and goals in the infobox. In fact, every footballers' infobox explicitly states this: https://jmp.sh/yG3WrwP
:::: Colombo's only league appearances so far came last season which you can check in the player's career stats table ↗.
:::: For Messi, compare the numbers given in the infobox ↗ (485/444) and the total of league appearances and goals in the career stats table ↗. Robby.is.on (talk) 11:30, 26 September 2020 (UTC)

25px|alt=Information icon|link= ↗ Hello. I have noticed that you {{usertalk other|often ↗|often}} edit without using an edit summary ↗. Please do your best to '''always fill in the summary field'''. This helps your fellow editors use their time more productively, rather than spending it unnecessarily scrutinizing and verifying your work. To help yourself remember, you may wish to check the "prompt me when entering a blank edit summary" box in your preferences ↗.
