Slavic paganism ↗
Sorry, I should have linked to the convention ↗ instead to be clearer. The general consensus is not to change Kiev to Kyiv in historical contexts, but it is usually appropriate to use Kyiv in contexts after 1991. Mellk (talk) 16:50, 7 July 2024 (UTC)

Verification message removal
Hello Hijerovit,
I noticed that you added a "needs more citation for verification" message on the Igbo people ↗ page, specifically in the architecture section, in January 2024. I have recently added additional citations to that section and since i did so isn't it time for the message to be removed? Bernadine okoro (talk) 18:49, 2 August 2024 (UTC)
:@Bernadine okoro Sure! I'm sorry if you feel like your contributions weren't paid due attention, I just don't check the templates I put up. :)
:<br>
:One more thing though: do you think you could find a source for the very first paragraph? I feel like it's slightly reminiscent of original research ↗ this way. Thanks! — <span style="font-family:Segoe UI;">Hijérovīt | þⰁč</span> 19:24, 2 August 2024 (UTC)

Bill Vukovich ↗
Hi, and thanks again for your tips. Out of curiosity I did a little snooping, and noticed you've helped correct some facts to Vukovich's Croatian page. Numerous sources, and members of the Vukovich family, have shown beyond doubt that John and Mildred emigrated from what was then the Kingdom of Serbia. The children were Americans, but made clear at to all that their heritage was Slav - Serbian to be specific.
However, during the time period of Bill's life, the political and ethnic realities of the Balkans were poorly understood by most Americans. One can find various sources which say Bill Vukovich was a Yugoslav, Slavonian, Serb, Slovene, et cetera - even Russian! Perhaps that is how the misunderstanding began.
Best wishes, RegalZ8790 (talk) 02:13, 27 March 2025 (UTC)
:@RegalZ8790 I see! Thank you for the explanation. The issue on hrwiki was primarily that improper sources (Fandom) were cited at first, which made his heritage difficult to verify. Since patrollers on the project get pretty swamped with work (it's a smaller wiki, so there's less passive patrolling by other editors), we unfortunately don't have the time of day to do proper research on most topics we patroll, so we depend on people to reference their additions as much as possible. :P <span style="color:#f1ce2f">☀</span> <span style="color:#ad0000">'''Hijérovīt'''</span> <nowiki>|</nowiki> þⰁč 06:42, 27 March 2025 (UTC)

Portlannd
Hi Runolist, I just wanted to pass along to an hr-wiki admin what we found at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Portlannd ↗. This person has used at least seven different accounts over the last thirteen years and has apparently been causing similar long-term issues with images and sourcing on both wikis. I see you've interacted with at least two of the accounts here ↗ and here ↗, so I wanted to flag it for you in case your community wants to take any action. Tražim deblokadu na hr.wiki
Zdravo Runolist. Marco Mitrovich Sugarski (talk) 08:51, 9 May 2026 (UTC)

Croatian admin policies
Dear Runolist,
Why are there growing criticisms of how the Croatian Wikipedia is administrated?
Where are sources that dictador Tito won a democratic election?
Why is Croatian Wikipedia biased regarding the Second World War?
Why does Croatian Wikipedia ignore authors and books which are not issued during the socialist totalitarianism ?
How habitants of Zrin were ustaše?
If Zrin was a "ustaško uporište"/ "ustaša stronghold" why many majority Serbian villages in Croatia are not described as "četničko uporište/ četnik stronghold"?
Was the antifascist victory, victory of the dictatorship of the Communist Party of Yugoslavia?
When Socialist Yugoslavia had a free multiparty election?
Thanks for the responses, surely you will respond me, cause I know you do not have any bad intentions and that you are not biased, as I assume neither is Ponor or Neptun.
Have a great day! Slovojed Silabski (talk) 16:44, 1 July 2026 (UTC)

:Runolist,
:Let's reach a common ground, after all, Wikipedia is a place where two people with different opinions agree through a third position.
:Milan Bandić's page can't have frases "HOTO Tower interrupts the sidewalk" or "Adris Grupa building looms over Neoclassical architecture".
:We need to change them, what are your offers?
:How do you want to rewrite them?
