Generally, to be eligible for an article, subjects generally require significant coverage ↗ in reliable sources ↗ that are independent ↗ of the topic. A listing on one of that website's incredibly long list of what seems like every single civil war militia in Missouri, is not WP:SIGCOV ↗, and just being listed there isn't enough that an article should be made.
