Removal of Asmongold ↗ at One True King ↗



I saw that you have removed Asmongold from the OTK article twice. While there was a PR announcement that he had left, I never saw a reliable source that he had. Also, the recent Mizkif vs. Emiru, Asmongold, and OTK lawsuit lists Asmon as an owner and member of OTK ... the lawyers in that case have a strong incentive to get that right, so I tend to believe what they wrote, although of course that is a primary source, not a secondary source like we prefer to have.

Do you have a reliable secondary source that says that Asmongold is no longer an owner or member of the org? I've reverted your edit, but if you have a better source than the Mizkif lawsuit, we can always put your edit back. Vadder (talk) 22:27, 9 December 2025 (UTC)

:Asmongold said himself that he not part of OTK on February 21, 2025 stream that he stated "not involved with OTK at all ↗." Here, the man himself say that he isn't part of the org, because of his comments of the Palestinians. Again, with all due respect, I don't see Asmongold or heard that he is back with OTK. :::Those sources do support your point a little, but even those don't say that he's a former member or owner. Just because he's "not involved" (in his words) doesn't mean he sold or gave up his ownership interest. He could have just stopped going to owner/member meetings. Same with his removal from the website. You can remove someone from the website just because they've become controversial, without kicking them out of the company.
:::The Mizkif lawsuit documents includes a statement that Asmongold is still a co-owner of OTK. The lawsuit lists his address as the OTK office. This thing about his address matters, because if they use the OTK address to deliver the lawsuit to him but he's not associated with OTK anymore, the lawsuit can't go ahead. The lawyers trying to sue him have to get that right or they can't win.

::::Yeah, but here's the problem taking these lawsuit documents with a grain of salt. Did members of OTK (like Sodapoppin, Emiru, or Esfand) stated that "Asmongold is still OTK owner?" If yes, then give me a source link. I don't see Asmongold saying "Yeah I'm back with OTK" or something like that. Again, I'm not fan or have watch Asmongold for years at this point. Yeah, I know that youtube videos is not a reliable sources, we get that (even though that I haven't see a video that talks about Asmongold is back with the Org). All we know for certain that sources tell us that only when Asmongold left OTK ↗ due to statements of Palestine, as well explain stated that since leaving the org, he is a better place in his career and life. Other note, in Asmongold video "My plans moving forward", at 13:06; he stated that he is stepping away from his leadership position of OTK, and leaving the org. I also remember the twitch stream he did on Zackrawr that he confirmed himself that he left OTK (even the VOD of that day is unaviable due to VOD 30-day achieve thing). ::::In the Mizkif lawsuit that in your revert that he is still owner of member of OTK? It's wired that he himself of that video saying he left OTK (as well stepping down from his leadership roles). Like I said from pervious statement, does other OTK members say that Asmongold is still with OTK? Because I found hard to believe, it doesn't mean it's true via the lawsuit.
