Request for correction related to Ibrahim Mohammed Bomai article
Dear Spf121188,
I hope you are doing well.
I would like to respectfully request your assistance regarding the session heading and it's content "Constituency Project Controversy" on Senator Ibrahim Mohammed Bomai article. Verified sources confirm that Senator Bomai was not responsible for the borehole and transformer issues raised during the 2021 ICPC review.
The boreholes were Federal Ministry of Works projects, not facilitated by the Senator.
The transformer matter was a post-supply arrangement between CAMTECH and Yobe REB, without his involvement.
Furthermore, even the initial reports did not directly assert responsibility on Senator Bomai.
Kindly assist if possible, in line with WP:V and WP:BLP to ensure the article remains neutral, factual, and accurate.

You were right
You were right here ↗, I thought we always had to do it, but apparently no conensus exists, and editors just do it. Thanks for not being judgemental, I'm used to the opposite noawadays. Lemonademan22 (talk) 12:58, 28 June 2025 (UTC)
:{{u|Lemonademan22}}, thanks for the message! No worries at all, I wasn't 100% familiar with policies around this, but usually if I see something like an injury documented in the body of an article, I'll typically remove it from a lead if it's there (just for redundancy purposes.) Maybe this can be brought up on a project page that discusses these things? I'm not opposed to current injuries being articles' leads. Let me know if this is a conversation you'd like to start :) <span style="background-color:#000080; color:gold">'''SPF121188'''</span> ('''talk ''this'' way''') (my edits) ↗ 18:16, 30 June 2025 (UTC)
