About your edit to List of accolades received by The Boy and the Heron ↗

Hey Thepirateking64, thanks for your contributions to this article! I'd ask that while updating information in an article, please also update the source that verifies the new information. I've taken care of it this time around, but make sure you do so in the future. Let me know if you have any questions! <span class="nowrap">—TechnoSquirrel69</span> (sigh) 22:15, 14 February 2024 (UTC)
:Hey there, Thepirateking64. Again, while I appreciate you taking the time to contribute to this article, make sure you're leaving the source from where you got this information. Could you add the source for the information on the Annie Awards you just added please? <span class="nowrap">—TechnoSquirrel69</span> (sigh) 07:31, 18 February 2024 (UTC)

25px|alt=Information icon ↗ Hello. Thank you for your contributions ↗ to Wikipedia ↗. I noticed that your recent edit to :97th Academy Awards ↗ did not have an edit summary ↗. You can use the edit summary field to explain your reasoning for an edit, or to provide a description of what the edit changes. Summaries save time for other editors and reduce the chances that your edit will be misunderstood. For some edits, an adequate summary may be quite brief ↗.

The edit summary field looks like this:
{{Edit summary field/OOUI}}

'''Please provide an edit summary for every edit you make.''' With a Wikipedia account ↗, you can give yourself a reminder by setting {{myprefs|3|check={{int:tog-forceeditsummary}}}}, and then click the "{{int:saveprefs}}" button.

CS1 error on List of awards and nominations received by Michael Giacchino ↗

25px|alt=|link= ↗ Hello, I'm Qwerfjkl (bot). I have '''automatically detected''' that this edit ↗ performed by you, on the page :List of awards and nominations received by Michael Giacchino ↗, may have introduced referencing errors. They are as follows:

25px|alt=Information icon ↗ Thank you for your contributions ↗ to Wikipedia. Regarding your recent edits to :Satellite Award for Best Actor in a Motion Picture ↗ when you modified the page, you introduced {{cl|Unknown parameters|unknown parameters}}. Just because you specify {{para|some_param|{{var|some_variable}}}} does not always mean that variable will display. The {{para|some_param}} must be defined in the template. You can look at the documentation for the template you are using but it is also helpful to use the preview ↗ button before you save your edit; this helps you find any errors you have made and ensure that the values you have added are displaying correctly. Below the edit box is a '''Show preview''' button. Pressing this will show you what the page will look like without actually saving it. It is strongly recommended that you use this before saving. Note I have likely fixed the error by now so check the history ↗ of the page to see how it was fixed. If you have any questions, contact the help desk ↗ for assistance.
Thank you.<!-- User:Zackmann08/uw/Unknown-params-warning --> '''<span style="color:#00d5ff">Zack</span><span style="color:#007F94">mann</span>''' (<sup>Talk to me ↗</sup>/<sub><span style="color:orange">What I been doing</span> ↗</sub>) 04:29, 16 March 2026 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for May 11

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited British Academy Television Award for Best Actor ↗, a link pointing to the disambiguation page Apple TV ↗ was added. Such links are usually incorrect ↗, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. <small>(Read the FAQ{{*}} Join us at the DPL WikiProject ↗.)</small>

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, --DPL bot (talk) 18:03, 11 May 2026 (UTC)

WP:BROADWAYWORLD ↗

According to Wikipedia:Reliable sources/Perennial sources ↗, "''BroadwayWorld'' is considered generally unreliable, as it contains many articles that reproduce press releases, disguising this as authentic journalism ... the site has limited editorial oversight, and the true author of the content of press releases is [often] obscured...." Therefore, where available, it is better to cite ''Playbill'' or any other WP:RS ↗. All the best, -- Ssilvers (talk) 20:52, 18 May 2026 (UTC)

:Can you source that? I'm tired of convincing edit people that I know the winners. Thepirateking64 (talk) 21:45, 18 May 2026 (UTC)

::You can find that info on the award organization's website or in a news article about the awards that is usually published the following day. If you do not have such a source, you should wait to update the info until you do. I used a simple Google search to find this one you could use for the '''Outer Critics Circle awards:'''<nowiki><ref>Miller, Deb. "Winners of the 2026 Outer Critics Circle Awards for Broadway and Off-Broadway" ↗, DC Theater Arts, May 11, 2026</ref></nowiki> Thanks. -- Ssilvers (talk) 17:24, 19 May 2026 (UTC)
:::changed it to dramadesk.com Thepirateking64 (talk) 17:34, 19 May 2026 (UTC)
::::Good. But you should also remove the superseded ref that was for the nominations. -- Ssilvers (talk) 17:37, 19 May 2026 (UTC)
