Question regarding the AfD outcome

Hello TurquoiseGoose,

I was hoping you could help me better understand the AfD outcome of Pham Duc Trung Kien page. I noticed you mentioned that the subject could plausibly meet the notability guidelines, but the article was deleted instead of being draftified.

Would it be possible to restore the deleted article to my userspace or Draft space so I can rewrite it using independent secondary sources and address the concerns you raised?

Hi, I noticed you have flagged my account as a sock puppet account. I'm sorry but I am extremely new to adding articles to Wikipedia. I have disclosed that I am trying to create an article about my organisation. The last article might have sounded promotional only because that is the language we use in hospitality.
