Ipv6 on OpenBSD

Actually, it just means what it says : when the machine is ipv4-connected, it will use that connection, not the ipv6 connection (if there is). This is opposite to other OS of my knowledge (Windows and generic-desktop Linux distro). So OpenBSD has relatively good (not perfect, but good and improving) ipv6 support. Contradictory statistics dates in "Certificate authority"

Now the article has two contradictory dates for when the information was current, July 2022 and November 2021. In addition, although the article says the information came from W3Techs it does not have a proper citation showing the exact URL the information comes from; this deficiency existed before your edit.
