Weather news
Hi. It looks very much to me that weather news such as this edit ↗ is the very epitome of what this policy talks about ↗. It's a passing news story, that will almost definitely be out of date and irrelevant within a month. It has no lasting notability at all. Who is going to be responsible for removing it? <span style="color: green;">Escape Orbit</span> (Talk) ↗ 18:25, 18 March 2026 (UTC)

Calling for respect
In your last edition in 2026 ↗, you included a summary in which you referred to me as "bizarre” and “so obsessive.” I would like to remind you that respect is a fundamental policy of Wikipedia (WP:PA ↗, WP:AGF ↗, WP:CIV ↗) that must be upheld even when you disagree with other users' edits, and that there are channels (Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents ↗) for addressing serious misconduct (although this case does not fall into that category).
You and I have disagreed many times, and agreed on many others. But I’ve been contributing to Year in Topic for many years now, so I know what kind of content is generally included by consensus and what isn’t, and I assure you that periodic updates to policies, events and decision-making processes are not among them.
Have a nice day. _-_Alsor (talk) 14:53, 26 April 2026 (UTC)
