External links

Hi Wobs100, please take note of WP:NOELBODY ↗ - external links should not be used in places where reader may expect an internal link, such as this edit ↗. I've reverted a few edits you've made that have this issue. Additionally, please do not add bare url citations ↗; instead, please use a citation template like {{tl|cite web}} and will in the relevant information. Best, Pi.1415926535 (talk) 00:49, 24 March 2026 (UTC)

:Ok, Thanks for letting me know! = ) Wobs100 (talk) 01:00, 24 March 2026 (UTC)
:I added a cite web citation on the Country Club Mall ↗ let me know if I did it right, thank you! Wobs100 (talk) 17:58, 26 March 2026 (UTC)
::Almost there! I made a couple corrections ↗ - putting the citation inside ref tags, adding the bus number in text (since the reference text only appears in the references section), and using US-style dates. Best, Pi.1415926535 (talk) 18:21, 26 March 2026 (UTC)
:::Ok thank you! :3 Have a wonderful Thursday! Wobs100 (talk) 19:11, 26 March 2026 (UTC)
:I fixed (or at least tried to) the edits you reverted. Wobs100 (talk) 14:42, 2 April 2026 (UTC)

:I found very little sources after the ones I put on the draft yesterday. Based on this limitation, what should happen to the draft? Wobs100 (talk) 12:31, 4 May 2026 (UTC)
::If there aren't many sources, then the topic wouldn't be considered notable for inclusion. Hagerstown and Frederick Railway

That was almost the first substantial article I wrote on Wikipedia almost 20 years ago. I've always meant to go back and bring it up to current standards, but have let it slide and felt guilty about it. Thanks for taking an interest in the article. I have a copy of ''Blue Ridge Trolley'', which I used in the original writing, so if you get stuck on a fact, it might help. I can follow through and add references from the book in any case t support the content where it can. '''<span style="font-family: Arial;"><span style="color: gray;">Acroterion</span> <small><span style="color: gray;">(talk)</span></small></span>''' 03:42, 30 May 2026 (UTC)

:Well, your welcome, it was on my radar due to a draft I'm making of a similar topic. If you want, you can send me the Blue Ridge Trolley for copyedits and stuff. References would help the H&F railway. Wobs100 (talk) 03:50, 30 May 2026 (UTC)

::It's a fairly substantial book, so scanning it would be a challenge. I'll see what I can manage. '''<span style="font-family: Arial;"><span style="color: gray;">Acroterion</span> <small><span style="color: gray;">(talk)</span></small></span>''' 04:07, 30 May 2026 (UTC)

::Amazon has.a copy for $15, a bargain in my opinion. It's the definitive history of the system. '''<span style="font-family: Arial;"><span style="color: gray;">Acroterion</span> <small><span style="color: gray;">(talk)</span></small></span>''' 04:09, 30 May 2026 (UTC)
:::Ok! Wobs100 (talk) 04:40, 30 May 2026 (UTC)
:::: @Acroterion If you find anything on the Martinsburg Street Railway on there, let me know too as I am working on an article Draft:Martinsburg Street Railway ↗ if you want you can improve it as I would assume it is in your scope and you ''might'' have information that I don't have. :::Also FYI I did change things around especially the "power plant" section. Wobs100 (talk) 16:22, 1 June 2026 (UTC)
