Speedy deletion nomination of Don Bosco Parish

Hello Yivan000,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Don Bosco Parish ↗ for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly indicate why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can <span class="plainlinks">'''[//en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title={{urlencode:Talk:Don Bosco Parish}}&action=edit&section=new&preload=Template:Hangon_preload&preloadtitle=This+page+should+not+be+speedy+deleted+because...+ contest this deletion]'''</span>, but don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page ↗ if you have questions. Thanks!

: Oh, I didn't know this was a thing. Not that I look at this, it seems like WP:A7 ↗ has reasons that are currently present with the subject (the fact that Don Bosco Parish was marked "not important or significant" makes me laugh as it is slightly true now that I think of it). I was thinking about it also being an educational institution (which they are), but then again I can't find any more sources for this let alone their schools. So, I will give the go signal to delete that article.<br/>
: So unless the educational institution reason holds up, go ahead. Delete the article. :) Yivan000 (talk) 03:35, 10 July 2019 (UTC)
::Hi Yivan000. I appreciate how polite you have been, and I did notice the effort you have put in to try and make this work. Unfortunately, Wikipedia is pretty specific on what is and isn't notable ↗ enough to have an article. If you ever have any questions and have an idea for another article, you can always use articles for creation ↗, as they're pretty helpful. I'm always willing to answer any questions you have. Best of luck! <span style="color:#FF0000">Red Phoenix</span> talk 11:50, 10 July 2019 (UTC)

Hi. I thought you might want to change the Fandom Minecraft Wiki link on your user page to the new location on minecraft.wiki - I see you've already redirected your user page on Fandom. ~Anachronist <small>(talk)</small> 06:02, 17 October 2023 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for January 5

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Pantabangan ↗, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Ilocano ↗. Such links are usually incorrect ↗, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. <small>(Read the FAQ{{*}} Join us at the DPL WikiProject ↗.)</small>

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, --DPL bot (talk) 08:00, 5 January 2025 (UTC)

Hi Yivan000. Thank you for your work on 2025 Philippine earthquakes ↗. Another editor, MPGuy2824, has reviewed it as part of new pages patrol ↗ and left the following comment:

{{Bq|1=either there should be a link to an article about the earthquake, OR there should be a reference if no article exists}}

Links to draft articles

25px|alt=Information icon ↗ Please do not introduce links ↗ to draft ↗ articles in actual articles, as you did to :2025 Philippine protests ↗. Since a draft is not yet ready for the main article space, it is not in shape for ordinary readers, and links from articles should not go to a draft. Such links are contrary to the Manual of Style ↗. {{#ifeq:{{lc:}}|yes|An edit has converted these links, into links to the not-currently-existing page (redlinks) where the draft will be placed if it is eventually accepted.
