North Vietnamese language

Hello, I noticed that you made this edit ↗ without leaving an edit summary. Now I wrote on that article's talk page why I think that the spelling should be from right-to-left as North Vietnam ↗ never used the left-to-right order for Traditional Chinese characters ↗ like Japan and China currently do.
