::{{ping|Mortee}} Thank you for your note, and my apologies. Usually I develop a much more advanced draft before publishing, which would have probably addressed the issues you raised. My apologies for publishing too soon, with that issue not fully addressed from the get-go, based your message. I do want to note a couple of things: I can't recall in detail what the article looked like at the time of your deletion, and hence I cannot quite pinpoint the extent of the copyright issue you raised. I do know that I did not mean to infringe on copyright and I do remember that one thing I was trying to accomplish was to quote some reactions from the protagonists that was reported in an article of the New York Times article (which I believe is allowable in the context of that article, when done sparingly and when there is a good justification for it). I suspect that that is what may have triggered your deletion, and probably I could have done a better job of better identifying the quotes, and at keeping them short. But again, I can't quite pinpoint the problem, and on whether this was a false positive on your end, or a mistake on my end (or a bit of both), because of my inability now to review the edit history of that deleted content. Nevertheless, I take your message as constructive feedback and will work to ensure that my contributions are well written and following the best practices of Wikipedia. Thank you. Bay Area wiki meetups

Hi Al83tito! That's a great question. I don't know of anyone planning in-person meetups or WikiSalons right now, but I've heard of other people interested in this too. If you haven't already joined the Bay Area mailing list ↗, I'd suggest subscribing to it — that's where I look for announcements of new events, and if I organize an event, I'll post it there. I've thought about organizing a downtown Oakland photowalk ↗ similar to my San Francisco Financial District photowalk in 2017 ↗, since that could be entirely outdoors, but I haven't gotten around to it yet. Invitation to Local Wikimania Event in San Francisco this Friday

Hi!

Wikimania is happening and hopefully you're enjoying the sessions. While it's fairly last minute, you're warmly invited to participate in the local Wikimania-themed meetup in the Wikimedia Foundation office this Friday (tomorrow!). You will have to register in advance, but we would love to see more people from the WikiSalon community participate! The event will involve hacking, teaching, learning, and celebrating and we'll have snacks. We will have the opportunity to watch live sessions at Wikimania together in the afternoon. The rest of the day we'll have opportunity to participate in the hackathon, and we may have some on-demand workshops/learning sessions.

In case we run out of space, it's first-come-first-serve so let us know soon! Hope to see you there.

I greatly enjoyed reading your comprehensive pages on the list of fact-finding missions and Report of the Commission of Inquiry on Human Rights in the DPRK. I updated the page with some recent reports, but i wasnt able to go past 10 entries within the "collapse list' template. Would you be so kind to let me know how add more entries?

The page shows an error, but I think there is technical a glitch that is causing this error, not a an editor error. :I think the glitch has to do with the inline citation being inside the footnote template; somehow. While the footnote template is meant to allow the inclusion of inline citations, sometimes, it causes such an error. When I tried removed that inline citation, then another inline citation inside the footnote, was flagged (again, mistakenly by the system) as not being defined.
