Speedy deletion ↗ nomination of :File:Schauspieler-Ralf-Wolter-gestorben.jpg ↗
48px|left|alt=|link= ↗
A tag has been placed on :File:Schauspieler-Ralf-Wolter-gestorben.jpg ↗ requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F7 of the criteria for speedy deletion ↗, because it is a non-free file ↗ from a commercial source (e.g. Associated Press ↗, Getty Images ↗), where the file itself is not the subject of sourced commentary. If you can explain why the file can be used under the non-free content guidelines ↗, please add the appropriate non-free use tag ↗ and rationale.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may '''contest the nomination''' by visiting the page ↗ and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines ↗. <!-- Template:Db-badfairuse-notice --> <!-- Template:Db-csd-notice-custom --> <span style="color:#EB0533;">GreenLipstickLesbian</span>💌 ↗🧸 ↗ 03:24, 31 May 2026 (UTC)

Hamilton Psalter ↗ - Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/MS Ham. 78.A.5 ↗
Please overturn this (frankly) very poor close. It is clear (see the talk) that they are different MS, with different catalogue numbers, written in different countries centuries apart. Johnbod (talk) 16:24, 5 July 2026 (UTC)
:Be civil. This is a month-old closing. Please renominate it. Or be bold if there is enough consensus on the talk page to do so. I am not going to overturn an AfD with a clear consensus to merge on the basis of arguments made one month later in a different place. '''C'''avarrone 18:12, 5 July 2026 (UTC)
::@Cavarrone Since there was only 1 (weak) !vote, you should've probably closed it as WP:SOFTMERGE ↗, not as '''merge'''. Because your closure wasn't soft, the discussion can't be overturned as easily.{{pb}}If you don't want to undo a month-old closure, you can change it from '''merge''' to '''soft merge''' and everything will be procedurally correct. FaviFake (talk) 18:21, 5 July 2026 (UTC)
::I'm being very civil! What has "month-old" got to do with it. Renominate it how, as what?? I'd be bold if I knew how to do it. Should I just blank everything? I dare say that is not "procedurally correct". Don't you care at all about the quality of your work? Your mess, you should clear it up. Johnbod (talk) 23:55, 5 July 2026 (UTC)
:::{{tq|1=Renominate it how, as what??}}<br>I have no idea what they meant, but they've silently changed their closure. I've removed the templates from the articles. FaviFake (talk) 08:10, 6 July 2026 (UTC)
::::@Johnbod {{tq|I'd be bold if I knew how to do it.}} It's called WP:BOLD ↗. For someone acting like a say-it-all user you don't know a lot of things. You are acting as if in my close I ignored any argument against merging, when there were none, the discussion looked like an open-and-shut case, and noone including FaviFake above noticed or argued the two articles were about different entities. One month later an editor opened a discussion asking for opinions, you immediately jumped in, called people "just idiotic" and pretended to turn upside down a discussion that had already been closed on the basis of elements emerged one month later in a different discussion in a different page, which is nonsensical and procedurally out of line. @FaviFake, I retouched the closure to cut the drama short and because it did not really changed the substance of the closure, but there were plenty of other ways to get the consensus reverted, the easiest and most procedurally correct one would had been getting some minimal consensus in the Hamilton Psalter discussion ↗ that had been started and then remove the merging tags, without the need of reassessing an old AfD. --'''C'''avarrone 12:01, 6 July 2026 (UTC)
