It appears that you tried to change the title of :Category:Redirects from Twitter usernames ↗ by cutting its content and pasting either the same content, or an edited version of it, into :Category:Redirects from X usernames ↗. This is known as a "cut-and-paste move ↗", and it is undesirable because it splits the page history ↗, which is legally required for attribution ↗. Instead, the software used by Wikipedia has a feature that allows pages to be ''moved'' to a new title together with their edit history.

:The draft remains primarily supported by sources that are either directly connected to the subject (BYU, BYU Photo, the subject's own website, Instagram, YouTube videos, church publications, and UPAA) or are primary sources documenting awards and competition results. While these sources verify facts, they do not demonstrate notability under the General Notability Guideline.
:At present, much of the article documents achievements and career milestones sourced to organisations with which the subject is affiliated. Those sources establish that these events occurred, but they do not constitute the kind of independent editorial analysis required by the GNG or the criteria at WP:NARTIST. ↗

:@Arenghtqru888 I declined the request because the requested category appears to be intended primarily for one user's userspace pages which is a violation of Wikipedia guidelines on Categorization specifically WP:USERCATYES ↗: Quite simply, a user category is appropriate if it has the capacity to facilitate coordination and collaboration between users for the improvement of the encyclopedia.
