Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Netherthird ↗
Hello,
I noticed you added a large number of tags to Netherthird ↗. In the future, try to avoid using several specific tags when a single, more general tag will do. For instance, {essay-like|date=July 2018}}, {tone|date=July 2018}}, and {verbosity|date=July 2018}} all fall under {copy edit|date=July 2018}}, so it is best to simply list the copyedit tag. This cuts down on overtagging, and the GOCE will get to the page in the same amount of time regardless. Happy editing, Xevus11 (talk) 03:41, 26 July 2018 (UTC)

left|25px|alt= ↗Hi, I'm RonBot, a script that checks new non-free file uploads. I have found that the subject image that you recently uploaded was more than 5% in excess of the Non-free content guideline size of 100,000 pixels. I have tagged the image for a standard reduction, which (for jpg/gif/png/svg files) normally happens within a day. Please check the reduced image, and make sure that the image is not excessively corrupted. Other files will be added to :Category:Wikipedia non-free file size reduction requests for manual processing ↗. There is a full seven-day period before the original oversized image will be hidden; during that time you might want to consider editing the original image yourself (perhaps an initial crop to allow a smaller reduction or none at all). A formula for calculation the desired size can be found at WP:Image resolution ↗, along with instructions on how to tag the image in the rare cases that it requires an oversized image (typically about 0.2% of non-free uploads are tagged as necessarily oversized). Please contact the bot owner if you have any questions, or you can ask them at Wikipedia talk:Non-free content ↗. RonBot (talk) 17:10, 7 August 2018 (UTC)

Hello and thank you for creating the New Kituwah Academy ↗ article. If you happen to be so inclined as to create another article on a related topic, I thought that an article on the Oklahoma immersion school would be a worthy target. Quotes on maps
Hey there, I undid your edit at Inferno (Counter-Strike) ↗ and just wanted to drop you a note since I saw you started to make the same edit in other places. Unlike individual levels, maps aren't analogous to books/written works/chapters that are usually given quote marks in other style guides (and you can see that, e.g., all of the sources talking about multiplayer maps don't use quotes). @DividedFrame I have changed your edits to GCSB ↗, NZSIS ↗ and DDIS ↗. You mentioned format but I think you have it wrong. Please see MOS:LEADLANG ↗ and example articles like New Zealand ↗. It doesn't use a semicolon to split them and uses brackets around the non-English name instead. Also when done with a semicolon, the abbreviation's for the four and five letter agencies are missing when previewing the articles. Kiwiz1338 (talk) 14:16, 19 May 2024 (UTC)

Error on starship page
Hi, on SpaceX Starship ↗ there is a big citation problem in the "space colonization" section. I would solve it myself, but the page is protected, thus asking you as the last editor. The statement ''"with George Dvorsky writing for Gizmodo commenting that we are not "remotely close" to turning this "into something practical""'' is referenced with an unrelated article that has absolutely nothing to do with MOXIE or similar. I have no idea where that came from (tried to google without success) and suggest just to delete this opinion and to source the rest of the MOXIE section with this citation from the MOXIE article: <ref>{{Cite web |last=mars.nasa.gov |title=NASA's Oxygen-Generating Experiment MOXIE Completes Mars Mission |url=https://mars.nasa.gov/news/9474/nasas-oxygen-generating-experiment-moxie-completes-mars-mission |access-date=2023-09-07 |website=NASA Mars Exploration |date=6 September 2023 |language=en}}</ref>

Copy/paste lazy editing
Though these edits ↗ were made in 2023, these 21 edits of yours exhibit the laziest form of editing on Wikipedia. You copy and pasted sentences about South Carolina introduced legislation, and cited a primary source and a Rolling Stone article. The Rolling Stone source in these edits did not even name the majority of the article subjects you edited. Please do not do this again, as these edits and behavior violate a plethora of WP guidelines. Thanks. --PerpetuityGrat (talk) 14:23, 3 September 2025 (UTC)
:{{ping|DividedFrame}} apologies, I probably came off as very rude with my comments above. My point - Wikipedia is not ↗ a repository of every single vote/action of every single politician. Yes, politicians take votes, and if they are Wikipedia:Verifiability ↗ and WP:NOTE ↗, then they probably should be included. But politicians take hundreds, if not thousands, during their lifetime. There are infinite primary sources regarding every single vote taken. That's why we do not rely on primary sources alone. I am sorry I poked you on this one, I know these edits were from 2023. I should be thanking you for adding content specifically to state legislative BLPs. Again, my tone was rude and I am sorry. --PerpetuityGrat (talk) 18:31, 3 September 2025 (UTC)
::No apology needed. Thanks! :) Brad (talk) 19:16, 3 September 2025 (UTC)
:For these reasons I only undid a few of your edits, because some of them were included in other sources and it was actually notable that they revoked their sponsorship. --PerpetuityGrat (talk) 18:34, 3 September 2025 (UTC)

Style question about {Quote box} within Plot ShortSummry
I understand why you'd remove the instructions to "Please add a Plot summary..." at List of Nature episodes ↗ but why remove {{t|Quote box}}es? They compliment the Plot ShortSummary with Direct Quotes from the Episodes, and I didn't see anything in the various Manuals of ''Style'' (which you cite as a Reason for your change) which prohibits their use. Further, I've encountered ''many'' Full-Length Film & TV film/episode Articles which routinely use Quote boxes, for instance Opening and/or Closing caption scrolls, narrations, etc. If there's no consensus/policy against them, I'd appreciate if you reverted your change. If there ''is'' a prohibition, please respond with a link where I can learn more to become a better editor. ThanQ in advance ~<}:^> GreyElfGT (talk) 10:06, 14 February 2026 (UTC)
:Hello @GreyElfGT and thanks for taking the time to write this! I'm referring to MOS:TVPLOT ↗: "Avoid minutiae like dialogue, scene-by-scene breakdowns, individual jokes, or technical detail." However, it looks like Nature (TV program) ↗ could use a quotebox if you have an especially good line that e.g. encompasses the series! -- Brad (talk) 21:23, 14 February 2026 (UTC)
::Yes, @Brad I can understand now, how that part ("Avoid minutiae like dialogue") might be interpreted to mean, "don't include ''any'' dialog." However, "Avoid" doesn't mean "Exclude" or "Prohibit." Quotes and snippets of dialog are useful to Highlight Key/Iconic/Essential parts of the Plot. Often, it Streamlines and Reduces ↗ overall Plot Length ↗ as well, because a quote snippet can say something in fewer 1st-person (in-universe) words than a 3rd-person (real-world) perspective can describe.
::For example, in writing a summary for "Little Red Riding Hood" ↗, you'll see quotes used despite going into "much more detail...but in this case it's worth it—the 'what big eyes you have' dialog is an iconic moment of the story" a "major event..." and "this scene is a vital piece of information about the overall work."
::If the ''Nature'' episodes in question had received sufficient WP:SIGCOV ↗ to justify their own dedicated full-length episode Articles, I doubt we'd be having this discussion...right? (For example, see the one I added at The Outpost (TV series)#Premise ↗.) But that's not the case for these particular episodes, thus their ''only'' "home" for the foreseeable future remains the {Episode list}. From my perspective, I want to ensure it's not a big deal to include a Quote box in the Plot ShortSummary field of an {Episode list}, not just for ''Nature'' but for any ''other'' Series as well, so I can continue improving as a member of the WikiProject Television/Episode coverage task force ↗.
::So, unless you have any more concerns/prohibitions, I would again ask that you put the quote boxes back.
::Again, I'm here to learn & improve, so I do value your input. I'm ''not'' here to edit-war. Does that help? ~<}:^> GreyElfGT (talk) 15:41, 15 February 2026 (UTC)
:::Have you asked for other people's opinions on Wikipedia talk:Manual of Style/Television ↗, @GreyElfGT? They know more about this than I do! -- Brad (talk) 19:18, 15 February 2026 (UTC)
::::No @Brad, I haven't...this is the first time any of my Quote boxes have been reverted/challenged (and I've been editing Film/TV for years), so I thought I'd first talk it through with you. Also note, I've seen other editors put not only Quote boxes, but also Image Thumbs into the {Episode list} ShortSummary, without objection/reversion. So... thoughts? opinions? objections? ~<}:^> GreyElfGT (talk) 07:30, 16 February 2026 (UTC)
::@Brad ...sorry, the "Premise" link above is at the Main TV Article level... here's a better example within the {Episode list} ShortSummary value, at the Episode level: "Two Heads Are Better Than None ↗" <--the Quote box shows ''The Prophecy'' that characters are referring to. ~<}:^> GreyElfGT (talk) 16:00, 15 February 2026 (UTC)
