I notice the article contains this statement, "The most recent was The Rolling Stones in December 1997." Is that still up to date? There hasn't been a major concert there for at least 10 years? If that is false it should be updated. If it is true then it would be interesting if we could explain why this venue is no longer hosting major concerts. Mole Hill?

Hey; Did they say during the episode that Kelley was halfway up the mountain with the scales? Because it was fairly clear from the shot that you could see the base camp with the other team still at the gold table in the background as the first team reached Kelley. That was my reason for writing a "short way" up the path, or whatever I said. I thought I'd listened for whether they said where he was, but I didn't hear anything. American Championship Car winners

Is there any way to fix it, to include such stat? I had originally decided to try to include it when I had to count, by hand, where someone was located on the list, and saw that as the very definition of needing a new column. Unfortunately, lumping multiple entries together on a sortable table might be the very root of it, and I see no way to differentiate what would place one given 12-race-winner ahead of another. Here's a blast from the past: back on 14 November 2007, {{diff|A Christmas Story|171483818|171483114|you edited}} the A Christmas Story ↗ articled and added a reference for a couple statements. The original url is totally dead but in the meantime, somebody archived the site. Unfortunately, the archive link is also useless and the desired information is not to be found there. It seems like the reference will need to be deleted as unverifiable ↗. Yet I am curious about the ref name that you gave of "Orlando Sentinel microfilm". Did you actually use microfilm to find the listings originally? If so, perhaps the reference could be repaired to be in a better state. 1973 Domino's 500 (Pocono)

No, it was not the Schaefer 500: They were the race sponsor for the first race at Pocono in 1971 (won by Mark Donohue for Roger Penske's first Champ Car win), the 1972 race was the Van Scoy Diamond Mine 500, and the 1973 race was the Domino's Pizza 500; and if my rusty memory is correct, they kept up the sponsorship for several more years, into the early 1980's. I was atthose races, too; and in fact Domino's brought a 40' mobile pizza kitchen trailer.

Incidentally, my first Indy 500 was in 1967 when Rufus piloted the #40 STP turbine; and our family seats were in Paddock Box 10, row J, seats 1, 2, 3, & 4; and in `73, Granatelli's 3 pits of Swede Savage (killed), Graham McRae, whose pit crewman Armondo Teran ↗ was killed as I watched, and eventual winner Gordon Johncock.

Even though I was just 12, the 1973 Indy 500 still resonates around The Speedway; and next year will be the 50th anniversary. This is about the best look-back I've found so far ↗. Discpad (talk) 01:10, 3 June 2022 (UTC)
