Krzysztof Niemczyk
Hi, this is to let you know that I have begun copyediting your article on Krzysztof Niemczyk ↗. One initial issue I found that I cannot deal with by myself is the book names you provide. You wrote them in Polish or Russian, I can't tell, but didn't put a translation after it. It would be fantastic if you could put what the book is titled in English right after the Polish/Russian title. Thank you, besides that, the article is looking good! You can respond here or on my talk page. Thanks, <span style="font-family:Impact;color:black;">Puddleglum</span> 2.0 18:31, 4 December 2019 (UTC)
One more thing: you say in the article that his father fled across the "Green border." What was the green border? Thank you! <span style="font-family:Impact;color:black;">Puddleglum</span> 2.0 01:40, 5 December 2019 (UTC)

WikiProject assessment tags for talk pages
Thank you for your recent articles, including Stefan Napierski ↗, which I read with interest. When you create a new article, can you add the WikiProject assessment ↗ templates to the talk of that article? See the talk page of the article I mentioned for an example of what I mean. Usually it is very simple, you just add something like <nowiki>{{WikiProject Keyword}}</nowiki> to the article's talk, with keyword replaced by the associated WikiProject (ex. if it's a biography article, you would use WikiProject Biography; if it's a United States article, you would use WikiProject United States, and so on). You do not have to rate the article if you do not want to, others will do it eventually. Those templates are very useful, as they bring the articles to a WikiProject attention, and allow them to start tracking the articles through Wikipedia:Article alerts ↗ and other tools. For example, WikiProject Poland relies on such templates to generate listings such as Article Alerts ↗, Popular Pages ↗, Quality and Importance Matrix ↗ and the Cleanup Listing ↗. Thanks to them, WikiProject members are more easily able to defend your work from deletion, or simply help try to improve it further. Feel free to ask me any questions if you'd like more information about using those talk page templates. Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus|<span style="color:#7CFC00;background:#006400;"> reply here</span> 09:42, 13 November 2020 (UTC)

Speedy deletion ↗ nomination of :Ludwig Levy-Lenz ↗

A tag has been placed on :Ludwig Levy-Lenz ↗ requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion ↗, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement ↗. This page appears to be a direct copy from https://www.cosmeticmedicine-online.com/originals/portrait-two-significant-jewish-doctors-erich-langer-ludwig-levy-lenz/. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of ''information'', but not as a source of ''sentences''. This part is crucial: ''say it in your own words''. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators '''will be blocked from editing ↗'''.
If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you ''must'' verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials ↗. 25px|alt=|link= ↗ Your addition to :Pleurotus velatus ↗ has been removed or altered, as it appears to '''closely paraphrase ↗''' a copyrighted source. Limited close paraphrasing or quotation ↗ is appropriate within reason, so long as the material is clearly attributed in the text ↗. However, longer paraphrases which are not attributed to their source may constitute copyright violation ↗ or plagiarism ↗, and are not acceptable on Wikipedia. Such content cannot be hosted here for legal reasons ↗; please do not post it on any page, even if you plan to fix it later. You may use external websites or printed material as a source of ''information'', but not as a source of ''sentences''. This part is crucial: ''say it in your own words''.
If you own the copyright to the text, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use it — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you ''must'' verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials ↗. If you are not the owner of the copyright but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission ↗. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators '''will be blocked from editing ↗'''. Thanks for your contributions to Un ange au paradis ↗. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing as a live article at this time because '''it needs more sources to establish notability''' and '''refer to WP:REFB ↗ for instructions on formatting references correctly'''.
I have converted it to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.
Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page ↗.
When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit the draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. <span style="color:#FF4500">QEnigma</span> <span style="color:#0033FF">论</span> 20:44, 16 May 2026 (UTC)

25px|alt=Information icon ↗ Thank you for your contributions ↗ to Wikipedia. Regarding your recent edits to :Fétiche ↗ when you modified the page, you introduced {{cl|Unknown parameters|unknown parameters}}. Just because you specify {{para|some_param|{{var|some_variable}}}} does not always mean that variable will display. The {{para|some_param}} must be defined in the template. You can look at the documentation for the template you are using but it is also helpful to use the preview ↗ button before you save your edit; this helps you find any errors you have made and ensure that the values you have added are displaying correctly. Below the edit box is a '''Show preview''' button. Pressing this will show you what the page will look like without actually saving it. It is strongly recommended that you use this before saving. Note I have likely fixed the error by now so check the history ↗ of the page to see how it was fixed. If you have any questions, contact the help desk ↗ for assistance.

Unattributed translations
25px|alt=Information icon ↗ Thank you for your contributions ↗ to Wikipedia. It appears that you translated text from :de:Botho von Gamp ↗ to :Botho von Gamp ↗. While you are welcome to translate Wikipedia content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing ↗ '''requires that you provide attribution''' to the contributor(s) of the original article. When translating from a foreign-language Wikipedia article, this is supplied at a minimum in an '''edit summary ↗''' on the page where you add translated content, identifying it as a translation and linking ↗ it to the source page. Sample wording for this is given here ↗. If you forgot, or were not aware of this requirement, attribution '''must be given retroactively ↗''', for example:
: <code><nowiki>NOTE: Content in the edit of 01:25, January 25, 2023 was translated from the existing French Wikipedia article at :fr:Exact name of French article ↗; see its history for attribution.</nowiki></code>
Retroactive attribution may be added using a dummy edit ↗; see Repairing insufficient attribution ↗.
It is good practice, especially if translation is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{tl|translated page}} template on the talk page of the destination article. If you have added translated content previously which was not attributed at the time it was added, you must add attribution retrospectively ↗, even if it was a long time ago. You can read more about author attribution and the reasons for it at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia ↗. Thank you. <!-- Template:uw-translation --> Dionysodorus (talk) 22:36, 31 May 2026 (UTC)
