Event listing - suggestion
Hello, thanks for creating this page! I hope this event goes well. Just a recommendation - when you create an event listing, it's best to add it to the event calendar ↗. This allows people to find and track it, and also will likely increase the likelihood of remote support from experienced contributors who can correct mistakes on pages created and give feedback to new contributors. (Thanks for adding the categories already though - I've also added the category "Meetups in March 2017" also.) Hope this is helpful to you, let me know if any thoughts or questions. Blythwood (talk) 20:25, 8 February 2017 (UTC)

After reviewing your request for the "{{mono|accountcreator}}" permission ↗, I have{{#if:{{{expiry|}}}| temporarily}} enabled the flag on your account{{#if:{{{expiry|}}}| until {{{expiry}}}}}. Keep in mind these things:
- The account creator right removes the limit on the maximum number of new accounts that can be created in a 24-hour period.

Hi!
We invite you to join the VisibleWikiWoman ↗ challenge to make notable women more visible on Wikipedia. We know that during your edit-a-thon several articles will be created or improved. We encourage you to also look for photos or illustrations for these biographies, and upload them to Wikimedia Commons in the VisibleWikiWomen category or through our upload wizard ↗.
Here are some resources ↗ that can help, to learn what kind of images can be uploaded to Commons and how to do it.
If you have questions or need help, do not hesitate to contact me.
Have a successful day of editing!

Deletion discussion about Saman Arastoo ↗
Hello, Lastchapter,
I wanted to let you know that there's a discussion about whether Saman Arastoo should be deleted. Your comments are welcome at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Saman Arastoo ↗.
If you're new to the process, articles for deletion ↗ is a group discussion (not a vote!) that usually lasts seven days. If you need it, there is a guide on how to contribute ↗. Last but not least, you are highly encouraged to continue improving the article; just be sure not to remove the tag about the deletion nomination from the top.
Thanks,

Disambiguation link notification for November 22
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Ricardo Flores Magón ↗, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Mexican Civil War ↗<!-- ([//dispenser.info.tm/~dispenser/cgi-bin/dablinks.py/Ricardo_Flores_Mag%C3%B3n check to confirm] | [//dispenser.info.tm/~dispenser/cgi-bin/dab_solver.py/Ricardo_Flores_Mag%C3%B3n?client=notify fix with Dab solver])-->. Such links are usually incorrect ↗, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. <small>(Read the FAQ{{*}} Join us at the DPL WikiProject ↗.)</small>

Introduction to contentious topics
{{ivmbox | image = Commons-emblem-notice.svg |imagesize=50px | bg = #E5F8FF | text = You have recently edited a page related to '''the Arab–Israeli conflict ↗''', a topic designated as '''contentious ↗'''. This is a brief introduction to contentious topics and <em>does <strong>not</strong> imply that there are any issues with your editing</em>.
A special set of rules applies to certain topic areas, which are referred to as ''contentious topics''. These are specially designated topics that tend to attract more persistent disruptive editing than the rest of the project and have been designated as contentious topics by the Arbitration Committee. When editing a contentious topic, Wikipedia’s norms and policies are more strictly enforced, and Wikipedia administrators have special powers in order to reduce disruption to the project.
Within contentious topics, editors should edit <strong>carefully</strong> and <strong>constructively</strong>, refrain from disrupting the encyclopedia, and:
- adhere to the purposes of Wikipedia;
- comply with all applicable policies and guidelines;
- follow editorial and behavioural best practice;
- comply with any page restrictions in force within the area of conflict; and
- refrain from gaming the system.
<p>Editors are advised to err on the side of caution if unsure whether making a particular edit is consistent with these expectations. If you have any questions about contentious topics ''procedures'' you may ask them at the arbitration clerks' noticeboard ↗ or you may learn more about this contentious topic here ↗. You may also choose to note which contentious topics you know about by using the {{tl|Ctopics/aware}} template. </p>}}<!-- Derived from Template:Contentious topics/alert/first --> — <span style="color: #660000">Red-tailed hawk</span> <span style="color: #660000">(nest)</span> 00:49, 25 June 2024 (UTC)

Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Philanthropies
{{u|Lastchapter}}, nice to meet you. Thank you for your most recent edit to Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Philanthropies ↗. As the disclosed editor for the organization ↗, I'd like to request a few slight tweaks to the content you added to advance neutrality and ensure NPOV. My suggestion is to make your addition of the 2nd paragraph of the Gender equity subsection ↗ read as follows, preserving the Jewish Current source ↗ you included:
:From 2020-2023, <s>the</s> Schusterman Family Philanthropies made significant contributions to Access Reproductive Care–Southeast, a Black-founded abortion fund, and Chicago-based Midwest Access Coalition, however <s>has</s> '''they''' separated from the organizations following <s>a solidarity statement with Palestinian self-determination.</s>'''statements on the Israel-Hamas war.''' A Schusterman spokesperson said the separation is a part of '''a broader strategic <s>move</s> shift''' from earlier in 2023 and not politically motivated. The Schusterman partnership with National Network of Abortion Funds "sunsetted" as of June 2024.
Thank you again for your time and consideration. SPB for Schusterman (talk) 17:12, 29 January 2025 (UTC)
:Hello, I've made the adjustments with the exception of substituting the description of the statement. A possible alternative is to substitute the title of the open letter instead, “Reproductive Justice Includes Palestinian Liberation.” Per the JC source and the original text, the topic is broader than the specific war of 2023-2025.
:While I appreciate the personal communication, this sort of discussion is better suited to the article's talk page for full transparency in the future. Lastchapter (talk) 20:56, 30 January 2025 (UTC)
::Thanks for your (re)consideration. I appreciate your note about discussing on the article's Talk page and will make sure to do so in the future. Thank you again, SPB for Schusterman (talk) 20:52, 3 February 2025 (UTC)
Event coordinator granted
right|130px ↗
After reviewing your request for the "<samp>eventcoordinator</samp>" permission ↗, I have temporarily enabled the flag on your account until 2025-03-07. Keep in mind these things:
- The event coordinator right removes the limit on the maximum number of new accounts that can be created in a 24-hour period.
- The event coordinator right allows you to ''temporarily'' add the "<samp>confirmed</samp> ↗" permission to newly created accounts. You should not grant this for more than 10 days.
- The event coordinator right is not a status symbol. If it remains unused, it is likely to be removed. Abuse of the event coordinator right will result in its removal by an administrator.

Note that they have edited WP twice in 3 years, both times adding references by the same person, and the Carlos reference is only 23 pages long. --<span class="gfSarekSig">SarekOfVulcan (talk)</span> 18:07, 8 April 2025 (UTC)
:Ok, I see I misunderstood what you meant by self-published. The source itself doesn't seem inappropriate to include, but if this editor is only editing to add citations to their own work that's certainly concerning. I can go ahead and self-revert. Lastchapter (talk) 20:38, 8 April 2025 (UTC)

September 2025
25px|alt=Information icon ↗ Hello, I'm PerpetuityGrat, and welcome to Wikipedia ↗. I appreciate your contributions ↗, but in one of your recent edits to :Jason Smith (American politician) ↗, it appears that you added original research ↗, which is against Wikipedia's policies. Original research refers to material—such as facts, allegations, ideas, and personal experiences—for which no reliable, published sources exist; it also encompasses combining published sources ↗ in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source ↗ for all of your contributions. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources ↗. Thank you.<!-- Template:uw-nor1 --> PerpetuityGrat (talk) 22:05, 30 September 2025 (UTC)
:Hello @PerpetuityGrat, please review the single source I cited to see that I have not included any original research. I included the relevant section in my newest edit summary to make it easier to find. Thanks for looking out! Lastchapter (talk) 22:19, 30 September 2025 (UTC)
