If discussion of the reputation among homeschool parents existed in the body with reliable sourcing already, an addition in the lead would make sense without a new citation.

Thank you for drawing my attention to that. I knew there was some previous skepticism about whether the parameter of residence should even be used, as I believe it was originally intended to be used signify a formal/ceremonial residence rather than a personal residence.
