:Calm down, every info I put here is correct. Sometimes I put information before the reliable source becomes available, but then I add source later. Air Serbia

Hey,

I did not remove any data in the business trends table. What I did is removing the digits behind the dot of 3-digit numbers to improve readability and to make it easier and faster to compare the figures. When the turnover is €444 million, the digits behind the dot are actually not that important.

The history of the article shows that my edit "removed" 2,492 characters. But that was because of improving the code of the table.

Is there a reason why the header is black and white? I cannot recognize any relation to Air Serbia in these colors. WikiPate (talk) 15:34, 25 November 2023 (UTC)

:Hi,
:Standard is to represent numbers with one or two digits after decimal point. Data is more precise, while readability is not worsen. Especially when data is written in EUR million.
:I have no idea about header color, that was made years ago. PikiLuka (talk) 15:51, 25 November 2023 (UTC)
::Is this standard defined on WP?
::Let's take these figures:
::Readers want to recognize the development by reading quickly from left to right and compare the figures with each other.

::The first one makes it way easier. WikiPate (talk) 16:11, 25 November 2023 (UTC)
::I let the green and red color for the profit, the bold writing for the highest figures, the black and white header, the left-aligned and one decimal point.
::Still you can have a look into the Lufthansa ↗ article. Thanks to just having one decimal point for one and two digit numbers, it's easy to compare the figures and to recognize patterns and coherences between the figure types.
::For example before C19 the airline Lufthansa was about have the size of the Lufthansa group regarding all three: revenue, fleet size and number of passengers. WikiPate (talk) 21:03, 26 November 2023 (UTC)

30px|left|alt=Stop icon ↗ Your recent editing history at :Air Serbia ↗ shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war ↗; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page ↗ to work toward making a version that represents consensus ↗ among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war; read about how this is done ↗. Airport Barcelona

I agree that Barcelona-El Prat is more then needed to identify the airport, but according to Template:Transport in Barcelona ↗ it is not the only airport servicing the metropolitan area. You have also Sabadell Airport ↗. Different name, different scale but one of two airports. So you have to tweak your reasoning a bit (but not your actions). <span style="border:1px solid green; padding:0 2px"><span style="color:green">The&nbsp;Banner</span>&nbsp;<i style="color:maroon">talk</i></span> 16:14, 19 December 2024 (UTC)

:Hi, I have never heard of Sabadell Airport ↗, and as I can see it has no commercial flights, only general aviation. I was driven by the fact that majority of airport pages write Barcelona ↗ instead of Barcelona-El Prat ↗. PikiLuka (talk) 20:14, 19 December 2024 (UTC)

Sun d'Or Zagreb

Apologies for adding a routes that has since ended. There seems to be a bit of a push to mark every single route in Europe with a citation-needed or better-source-needed tag if there is no source other than the airport or airline involved. I don't understand why this applies only to Europe and not to other continents - but we have to work with what we have. I think this is going to pretty soon lead to some people deleting a large quantity of the data saying which airline flies which routes - there are plenty of people who would love to delete the results of many people's efforts over 15+ years. For this reason, I'm trying to rapidly pull up sources for everything - if you look at my logs over the last 7 days you'll see a very large number of independent sources being added to wikipedia.... but when you try to take on a large task there are invariably the occasional mistakes (we
re humans after all). If you see I've made a mistake, please fix it.... and even better spend some time adding non-primary sources to all the airport wikipages ! Pmbma (talk) 02:27, 3 January 2025 (UTC)
:For clarification: WP:V ↗ and WP:AIRPORT-CONTENT ↗ are the reasons for asking independent sources. And yes, we have lot of work to do. <span style="border:1px solid green; padding:0 2px"><span style="color:green">The&nbsp;Banner</span>&nbsp;<i style="color:maroon">talk</i></span> 03:19, 31 January 2025 (UTC)
::The information was new and at the moment there was no sources other than airline's reservation system; therefore I put {{cn}} tag. However, an independent source is available now and I have just added a reference. PikiLuka (talk) 11:55, 31 January 2025 (UTC)
:::If you have no independent source, you should just wait with adding it until there is an independent source. <span style="border:1px solid green; padding:0 2px"><span style="color:green">The&nbsp;Banner</span>&nbsp;<i style="color:maroon">talk</i></span> 12:13, 31 January 2025 (UTC)

Turkish Airlines

Hey,
you changed the currency in the table of the business trends in the Turkish Airlines article from Lira to USD. Your edit summary was "According to provided links, Turkish Airlines publishes revenue and profit in USD, not TRY."

https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Turkish_Airlines&diff=prev&oldid=1275156672

Actually Turkish Airlines published their revenue and profit in TRY between 2003 and 2014. So the upper part of the table is in TRY and the lower part in USD. WikiPate (talk) 19:02, 26 April 2025 (UTC)

:Hi, thanks for clarifying. I saw that they published data in USD in the last couple financial reports, but I did not check all of them. PikiLuka (talk) 19:33, 26 April 2025 (UTC)

25px|alt=Information icon ↗ Please do not add or change content, as you did at :Morava Airport ↗, without citing a reliable source ↗. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources ↗ to see how to add references to an article. :Under table where I added data there is literally a label "Source: [43]" which takes you to airport's official page for statistics. All data for all years are being published in a single page, so there is only one source label.
:All data I add are sourced.
:Please look more carefully next time. PikiLuka (talk) 21:18, 2 March 2026 (UTC)
::If you're using an existing source, then you must update the access date to show that it has updated. If (as I think is the case here) it's just a bare URL, then use the opportunity to format it correctly using Cite Web so an access date can be added. The whole point of that parameter is to indicate that that's the source you're using to verify information, as link rot does happen and the source of information can change. <span class="nowrap"><span style="color: RebeccaPurple">Danners430</span> tweaks made ↗</span> 21:24, 2 March 2026 (UTC)
