please hang on for a while, im just listening to UNGA live and updating. Thanks.(Lihaas (talk) 23:10, 29 November 2012 (UTC)).
:Yeah, i dint notive all either. But thee is current talk by other states which im adding. Then i lost stuff with edit conflicts. Can you give me less than 30?

:::Idea: if you have the video recorded you could upload somewhee?
I refactored this earlier today, based on WP:BLP1E considerations--it was essentially about the legal case, not the individual. In doing so, I noticed your POV tag I think it was yours, at least), and attempted to really hold the article to strict sources. As such, I've removed the tag. However, please let me know if you have further concerns. Best, --j⚛e decker<small><i>talk</i></small> 03:05, 6 December 2012 (UTC)
Why are you reverting my update on GDP per capita (PPP) by CIA? BlackHades (talk) 21:03, 7 May 2013 (UTC)
Please, stop changing article names without consensus. --Best regards, Keysanger (what?) 09:42, 18 June 2013 (UTC)
"When PPPs for individual consumption by households are available
they should be used for income distribution."
"For international comparisons it is highly recommended that PPPs be used, rather than
exchange rates for conversion into a common currency. When an economic aggregate such as
household income is converted using PPPs for household consumption expenditure, the
conversion is made on the basis of the goods and services likely to be purchased by
households for consumption purposes, as well as taking account of differences in national
price levels. This allows comparisons in real terms, or purchasing power, of the converted
amounts."
http://www.unece.org/fileadmin/DAM/stats/groups/cgh/Canbera_Handbook_2011_WEB.pdf
Thus, authority suggests using PPPs for individual consumption (ie household consumption) and not actual ind consumption.

Lneal001
I am not a big fan of using a time series, because sources and the quality changes. For instance, in the case of the US the quality has gone down quite alot since 2004, from 80% to 75% in terms of gross income, according to my own internal calculations. Furthermore, other countries use different sources altogether during certain years.

I don't think different years if its just 1 or 2 years apart means much. The difference in quality between the countries is great, so that's why I inserted a word of caution.

Sorry, I very much disagree. Having three separate tables is a complete waste of time (and bandwidth). Rather than the 2013 article being changed, the other Chilean articles need to be changed to be brought in line with election articles in virtually every other country which use a single table (e.g. here ↗, here ↗, here ↗, here ↗ etc).
On a separate note, I am considering combining the presidential election article with the parliamentary one into a general election article, which is also common practice for other countries (and has been used for past Chilean elections). <span style="color:orange;">Number</span> <span style="color:green;">5</span><span style="color:blue;">7</span> ↗ 12:30, 19 November 2013 (UTC)
:Hello Pristino. I'm well aware that I don't own the article, but by the same standards, neither do you. The article should conform to standard practice, which is what I've been trying to enforce with regards to the results tables, which are not currently in the normal format (see Argentine legislative election, 2013 ↗ for how they should look - i.e. no separation of null and blank ballots and only using the title formatting in the title). As I explained above, the "norm" for Chilean articles is not standard practice and should not be used as an excuse for anything.
:I also notice that you have re-added the infobox. This is not something I have touched, but it has been removed several times by other editors, again because it is not consistent with the usual format of election articles. There is also a discussion on the talk page about the infobox which you have failed to take part in. Please don't throw around accusations of uncooperative and disruptive behaviour when you are arguably more guilty of it. I look forward to seeing your comments on the infobox on the talk page. Cheers, <span style="color:orange;">Number</span> <span style="color:green;">5</span><span style="color:blue;">7</span> ↗ 13:30, 22 November 2013 (UTC)
This edit ↗ is a clear violation of WP:POINT ↗. The results table was originally in the format I created it in. You changing it to your preferred format is clearly not in good faith. If you revert again I'm afraid I will have no choice but to report you. <span style="color:orange;">Number</span> <span style="color:green;">5</span><span style="color:blue;">7</span> ↗ 21:48, 27 November 2013 (UTC)
:No, per WP:BRD ↗ the results table stays in the original format until there is consensus to change. The other editor did not revert my change, but was in the midst of updating the figures (as you can see in the edit ↗), and presumably saved over the top of my reversion of your pointy edit. I will not let your appalling behaviour go. <span style="color:orange;">Number</span> <span style="color:green;">5</span><span style="color:blue;">7</span> ↗ 22:02, 27 November 2013 (UTC)
::{{blockquote| Remember your changes to Chilean election articles, which shared a different format for YEARS? Well, I accepted those changes, even though I still prefer the old format.}}
::Eh? You didn't accept the changes - You've gone back and reverted to your preferred styles on several articles (e.g. 1970 ↗, 1989 ↗, 1993 ↗, 1999 ↗). How is this "accepting those changes"? <span style="color:orange;">Number</span> <span style="color:green;">5</span><span style="color:blue;">7</span> ↗ 22:19, 27 November 2013 (UTC)
:::And the 1970 election?
:::Anyway, if you want a compromise on how we go forward, how about the below. It keeps the original format (which I am keen to do in order to ensure consistency acrosss Wikipedia), but splits out the blank and invalid votes (which you are keen to do). <span style="color:orange;">Number</span> <span style="color:green;">5</span><span style="color:blue;">7</span> ↗ 22:38, 27 November 2013 (UTC)

:::::I still don't really see the point. I also considered the fact that such a change would effectively be a formatting change to the layout of the template, whereas splitting the blank and invalid ballots can be done within the current constraints. Given that the vast majority of articles use the existing format, it would be a lot of work to implement this change across the entire set (I'm guessing at least 6,000), and I'm not sure that the argument is strong enough to merit such a lot of work. <span style="color:orange;">Number</span> <span style="color:green;">5</span><span style="color:blue;">7</span> ↗ 13:53, 28 November 2013 (UTC)
::::::Having had another think and listened to the input from other editors on the talk page, I've suggested a compromise format - it includes all the additional data you would like in the table, whilst preserving the common format. If you agree, then I'll start using that on articles instead of the old one. Cheers, <span style="color:orange;">Number</span> <span style="color:green;">5</span><span style="color:blue;">7</span> ↗ 16:26, 29 November 2013 (UTC)
I've responded again on the talk page. I'm not sure what else I could possibly compromise on without just accepting your version. I'd appreciate a quick resolution of this issue, as I'm holding off on creating any more articles whilst I wait to see what format I should be using. <span style="color:orange;">Number</span> <span style="color:green;">5</span><span style="color:blue;">7</span> ↗ 21:19, 30 November 2013 (UTC)
:Will you at least let the compromise version apply to the Chilean election articles? It seems pointless having exactly the same discussion there again. <span style="color:orange;">Number</span> <span style="color:green;">5</span><span style="color:blue;">7</span> ↗ 11:13, 1 December 2013 (UTC)
I see you've realised that Nohlen was actually right for the 1999–2000 elections (as the "correct" figures you just added to the article were the ones you removed at the start of the dispute). Perhaps you should just add his data back to the 1993 election rather than leaving a "these are not the final results" disclaimer above the table. <span style="color:orange;">Number</span> <span style="color:green;">5</span><span style="color:blue;">7</span> ↗ 08:19, 2 December 2013 (UTC)

Note that the GDP (as well as the GDP per capita) data - you've just changed in the OECD ↗ article, were copied from other articles whose data are outdated. The updated data are now available at WB website. HOOTmag (talk) 11:39, 30 July 2014 (UTC)
:As for the GDP data: I apologize for my mistake.
:As for the FSI: the index gives a united figure for two different countries - as if they were one united country, so logically it can be nothing - other than an average - even if each country had the same figure as the second country had. Just as the pair of Montenegro and Panama - that have identical figures - would have an "average" if they were indicated as if they were a united entity, and the pair of Kuwait and Antigua & Barbuda, Albania and Brunei, Serbia and El Salvador, Turkey and Cape Verde, Jordan and Venezuela, Benin and Turkmenistan, China and Fiji, Gambia and Madagascar and Colombia, Philippines and Equatorial Guinea, Togo and Libya, Timor-Leste Nepal and Egypt, Libreia and Myanmar, Ethiopia and Niger. HOOTmag (talk) 12:39, 30 July 2014 (UTC)
::I don't understand why you think this concept of "average" must be interpreted as an average between - a (hypothetical) "'''figure'''" of the first country - and a (hypothetical) "'''figure'''" of the other country, when you can - more simply - interpret it as a weighted average between - the (actual) '''data''' of the first country - and the (actual) '''data''' of the other country. HOOTmag (talk) 03:09, 31 July 2014 (UTC)
If you are so interested in requesting sources for the data published in the list, you should consider to add the same kind of reliable sources for all legislatures that appears on the table. Regards. --Sfs90 (talk) 00:39, 25 August 2014 (UTC)
:I didn't said that. But maybe you can consider that The World Factbook doesn't have the absolute truth about information, it could have some errors or be too generic in some aspects (like rounding the number of legislature members). In that case, you also could search more reliable sources in other cases that appears on the table, and add them to get a more exact data. Regards. --Sfs90 (talk) 14:46, 26 August 2014 (UTC)

You've reverted my edit redirecting Google Street View in Uruguay ↗ to the continent article without an edit summary; please provide a summary next time you revert someone, as otherwise it is very difficult to understand what your intentions are. Now, that said, what do you feel is achieved by having a separate article for Google Street View coverage in these articles? There is already a relevant continent-level article, Google Street View in South America ↗, and these countries are not particularly unique in terms of coverage. Google Street View in Israel ↗, for example, incorporates significant commentary on use by terrorist networks and political issues with its expansion. I think these articles are really better merged to the continent article; the coverage of Street View in an average country is probably not going to have a substantial body of work to base an article on. —0xF8E8 (talk) 03:51, 27 August 2016 (UTC)

Hey, I noticed that you made some edits to the Gabriel Boric ↗ article regarding the "Ć" at the end of his last name. I don't really want to get involved in that argument, I'm sure some people will be in favor of the change and others against, but the reason why I'm writing this is because you removed the link to the article of Miodrag Marinović ↗ that I wrote, I would appreciate it if the link could stay there, otherwise the entire article would be meaningless since it isn't linked in any other article as far as I'm aware. If the "Ć" is that big of an inconvenience I'm sure the page can be moved.
Anyways, I didn't want to make any change without letting you know first and hearing your thoughts about it. Thanks, <span style="color: DarkBlue">'''AtomsRavelAz'''</span> <span style="color: DarkSlateGray">talk</span> 14:54, 3 October 2021 (UTC)

Hi there @Pristino,
I wanted to ask you about the expansion tag reversion on Yanix ↗. I saw you added a lot more information (which is great by the way), but did you add everything that was not already in the English Wikipedia? To me at least, if not everything was brought over, the expansion tag should stay there just on the off chance that somebody would want to fill out the remaining details. This is just my opinion, though.
Again, thank you for expanding the page! Losipov (talk) 17:37, 26 May 2023 (UTC)

Hi Pristino,
Thanks so much for your edits to Adele ↗'s page. Several, in particular those surrounding the use of leading pronouns in paragraphs, were long overdue! I have reworked a trio of words in your first edit to the article's lead in accordance with MOS:PUFFERY. While I recognize the interest in avoiding repetition, that must be balanced with appropriate encyclopedic language. Additionally, for the edits you have undertaken, as per WP:MINOR, they should not have been flagged as minor. I suggest reading through the criteria for a minor edit to avoid future confusion. All the best, and thank you again! SSR07 (talk) 20:41, 14 August 2023 (UTC)

Hello, I noticed that you recently created a new page, ''':List of heads of state of Chile ↗'''. First, thank you for your contribution; Wikipedia relies solely on the efforts of volunteers such as you. Unfortunately, the page you created covers a topic on which we already have a page – ''':List of presidents of Chile ↗'''. Because of the duplication, your article has been tagged for speedy deletion ↗. Please note that this is not a comment on you personally and we hope you will continue helping to improve Wikipedia. If the topic of the article you created is one that interests you, then perhaps you would like to help out at :List of presidents of Chile ↗. If you have new information to add, you might want to discuss it at the article's talk page ↗.
If you think the article you created should remain separate, you may '''contest the nomination''' by visiting the page ↗ and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines ↗. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the {{Querylink|Special:Log|qs=type=delete&page=List+of+heads+of+state+of+Chile|deleting administrator}}, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here ↗. Additionally if you would like to have someone review articles you create before they go live so they are not nominated for deletion shortly after you post them, allow me to suggest the article creation process ↗ and using our search feature to find related information we already have in the encyclopedia. Hi! In edit summaries, "CE" is usually taken to mean copyediting ↗, with the implication that the edit doesn't change the content or sources of the article. Edits such as Special:Diff/1331065622 ↗ (which substantially changes some contents of the infobox such as the outcome and context), or Special:Diff/1331064281 ↗ (which adds several new sources) go beyond simple copyediting, and labeling them correctly would help other editors reviewing the edit history. There are indications of use of LLMs (large language models), a type of AI ↗, for edits such as this edit ↗, which triggered warnings via WP:AISIGNS ↗. The edit has now been manually reverted and the previous plot summary has been reinstated, so you do not need to make any further edits to correct this. HH Income use of PPPs

Results table
WP:POINT ↗
This edit ↗ is a clear violation of WP:POINT ↗. The results table was originally in the format I created it in. You changing it to your preferred format is clearly not in good faith.

I see you've realised that Nohlen was actually right for the 1999–2000 elections (as the "correct" figures you just added to the article were the ones you removed at the start of the dispute). GDP data in the chapter "indicators" of OECD ↗
Heya!
I read your superb updates on Economic indices of Chilean Regions. I am especially interested in the development of the Gini Coefficients of the regions, but since my Spanish isn't that good, I find it difficult to find what I need. Do you know if there's data over more years than 2013 only? I would very much appreciate of you could get back to me.

Hi!
Somehow I managed to delete my own section. If you know if there is data on the inequality among Chilean regions over time - please get back to me. You could send me an e-mail to gustavagneman@hotmail.com
I'd really appreciate it
Best regards

Google Street View in Argentina/Colombia/Chile/Uruguay

Gabriel Boric

I wanted to ask you about the expansion tag reversion on Yanix ↗. I saw you added a lot more information (which is great by the way), but did you add everything that was not already in the English Wikipedia? Adele Edits

Try not to be discouraged. Wikipedia looks forward to your future contributions.<!-- Template:Db-csd-notice-custom --> — <span style="color:green">'''''Paper Luigi'''''</span> ''T ↗ • C ↗'' 05:43, 10 February 2024 (UTC)

Edit summaries
