25px|alt=Information icon ↗ Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style ↗ that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style, as you did in :Amphetamine ↗, disturbs uniformity among articles and may cause readability or accessibility problems. Please take a look at the welcome page ↗ to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. ''Specifically, your edit violated MOS:PUFFERY ↗ and WP:WFTWA ↗. I also recommend reading WP:MEDMOS ↗ if you plan on editing other biomedical articles in the future, and you should also be aware of WP:MEDRS ↗.''<!-- Template:uw-mos1 --> Garzfoth (talk) 19:42, 12 April 2026 (UTC)

Wikipedia and copyright

30px|alt=Control copyright icon ↗ Hello Sagittarius0nFire! Your additions to :Fluoxetine ↗ have been removed in whole or in part, as they appear to have added copyrighted ↗ content without evidence that the source material is in the public domain ↗ or has been released by its owner or legal agent under a suitably free and compatible ↗ copyright license—''to request such a release, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission ↗''. While we appreciate your contributions to Wikipedia, it's important to understand and adhere to guidelines about using information from sources to prevent copyright ↗ and plagiarism ↗ issues. Here are the key points:
It's very important that contributors understand and follow these practices. Persistent failure to comply may result in being blocked ↗ from editing. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please ask them here on this page, or leave a message on my talk page. Disambiguation link notification for April 20

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Clobazam ↗, links pointing to the disambiguation pages Alcohol ↗ and Potent ↗ were added. Such links are usually incorrect ↗, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. <small>(Read the FAQ{{*}} Join us at the DPL WikiProject ↗.)</small>

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, --DPL bot (talk) 10:08, 20 April 2026 (UTC)

25px|alt=Information icon ↗ Hello, I'm MetalBreaksAndBends. I noticed that you recently removed content ↗ from :Nordazepam ↗&nbsp;without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary ↗. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page ↗. Thanks.<!-- Template:uw-delete1 --> <span style="white-space:nowrap;word-spacing:.1em;background-color:#d0bd0b;color:#000"><span style="color:#fff">Metal</span>Breaks<span style="color:#fff">And</span>Bends</span> (talk) 17:48, 18 May 2026 (UTC)

25px|alt=Information icon ↗ Please do not introduce incorrect information into articles, as you did to :Amphetamine ↗. Your edits do not appear to be constructive and have been reverted ↗. If you believe the information you added was correct, please cite references or sources ↗ or discuss the changes on the article's talk page ↗ before making them again. If you would like to experiment, use your sandbox. ''By the very guidelines laid out in Potent (pharmacology) ↗, amphetamine would not be defined as a potent drug, as typical dosages are in the low potency range, not the high potency range. Furthermore that same article says not to use potent alone without further specifiers. You have not cited any reliable sources meeting WP:MEDMOS ↗ to support the assertion that amphetamine qualifies as a potent pharmaceutical drug in terms of pharmacological potency specifically. Amphetamine may indeed be a powerful psychostimulant in terms of its clinical effects, but that does not make it a "potent" drug in terms of pharmacological potency (which is a very different, distinct, and clearly defined concept). This usage also baldly violates MOS:PUFFERY ↗. '''Please stop re-introducing this term into the articles lede. If you continue this disruptive editing, you may be blocked from editing.'''''<!-- Template:uw-error2 --> Garzfoth (talk) 23:56, 18 May 2026 (UTC)

25px|alt=Warning icon ↗ Please stop. If you continue to vandalize ↗ Wikipedia, you may be blocked from editing ↗. ''Given how many edits you are making and how many serious mistakes and deceptive edit-summaries you have made, there is a serious problem here. Stop yourself now, slow down, and do better.''<!-- Template:uw-vandalism3 --> DMacks (talk) 23:46, 21 May 2026 (UTC)

Edits

Please stop making dozens of small edits to make changes, it makes evaluation of your edits difficult. On Clobazam ↗ 445 of the past 500 edits as yours, with the majority of your edits being incredibly minor, including multiple edits where you revert your own edits. :On the 21st of May you changed 'Para-Hydroxymethadone' to 'para-Hydroxymethadone' https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Methadone&diff=1355356497&oldid=1355280759 ↗ then on the 23rd you changed it back again https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Methadone&curid=20962&diff=1355767507&oldid=1355451440 ↗, after you had added it yourself https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Methadone&diff=1355280292&oldid=1354527591 ↗
:I can't see any good-faith reason why you need to constantly make back and forths on your edits like this, surely you should've known the first time if it was correct or not? Traumnovelle (talk) 20:53, 23 May 2026 (UTC)
::Here you added two brand names https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Methadone&diff=1355922378&oldid=1355916302 ↗, only to remove them a few hours later https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Methadone&diff=1355937880&oldid=1355937830 ↗ all whilst claiming 'fixed grammar'. 25px|alt=Information icon ↗ Hi Sagittarius0nFire! I noticed that you recently made an edit&#32;at :Clobazam ↗ and marked it as "minor", but it may not have been. On Wikipedia, "minor edit ↗" refers only to superficial edits that could never be disputed, such as fixing typo ↗s or reverting obvious vandalism ↗. Any edit that changes the <em>meaning</em> of an article is not minor, even if it only concerns a single word. ''https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Clobazam&diff=prev&oldid=1356277209'' <!-- Template:uw-minor --> Garzfoth (talk) 05:10, 27 May 2026 (UTC)

25px|alt=Information icon ↗ Please do not use styles that are nonstandard, unusual, inappropriate or difficult to understand in articles, as you did in :Clobazam ↗. There is a Manual of Style ↗, and edits should not deliberately go against it without special reason.

''You have been persistently violating MOS:TMRULES ↗ with your use of "®" symbols. Please cease your usage of the "®" symbol going forwards, and go familiarize yourself with MOS:TMRULES ↗.''

''Additionally, I have noticed that you have not been adhering to WP:MEDMOS ↗. I notified you of this policy's existence and recommended that you read it 1.5 months ago, yet I am still seeing a large number of MEDMOS violations occurring in articles that you have been heavily editing (including Clobazam ↗).''

''Please go read WP:MEDMOS ↗ immediately, and begin adhering to its guidelines for all edits going forwards. WP:MEDMOS ↗ is not an optional policy. If you do not want to adhere to it, you should stop editing articles in the biomedical topic area.''<!-- Template:uw-mos2 --> Garzfoth (talk) 05:33, 27 May 2026 (UTC)

30px|alt=Stop icon ↗ You may be '''blocked from editing ↗ without further warning''' the next time you vandalize ↗ Wikipedia, as you did at :Clonidine ↗. ''Please stop removing the major primary brand name "Kapvay" (only form approved for use in treating ADHD since 2010; uses distinct XR release mechanism in contrast to IR mechanism of Catapres) from the lede and adding the brand-new extremely minor brand name "Javadin" to the infobox's tradenames parameter. Please see the extended discussion on the page's talk page ↗ regarding this issue (in which consensus was established for the existing usage), as well as my commit comments on the page's history ↗, particularly the comments in this commit ↗ and in this commit ↗. If you edit-war these changes into the article again without prior discussion on the talk page, I will be forced to take you to WP:ANI ↗, which I would strongly prefer to avoid doing given that your other contributions have mostly been in good faith. When you make changes to an article and they are reverted by another editor, you NEED to read the page's edit history instead of simply attempting to make the same changes again. In most cases, if your changes are reverted and a good reason for the reversion has been given, then you need to discuss those changes on the talk page and gain consensus for those changes to be made before any attempt to re-implement them can be made. Simply attempting to re-implement the reverted changes with zero discussion and no attempt to justify the edits (in this case an outright blank edit summary) is textbook edit warring ↗, and that is not permitted on wikipedia.''<!-- Template:uw-vandalism4 --> Garzfoth (talk) 06:07, 16 June 2026 (UTC)
