Glenn Hoddle

Hello Seasider53,
You amended my edit of Glenn Hoddle's Wikipedia page in the Early life section. In particular you removed my change to say that his mother's maiden name was Roberts by saying nee Roberts. At this time in England the vast majority of couples would have been married. Are you saying that his parents were not married when he was born? I don't actually know if this was the case, but I have not seen anything written to say they were not married. Please advise.

:Last time I glanced over the relevant "nee" discussions, it was positioned that, say, Derek Hoddle didn't marry Teresa ''Hoddle''; she took on his surname at the ceremony, or something similar.
