'''Please bear these points in mind while editing Wikipedia:'''
- Respect copyrights ↗ – do not copy and paste text or images directly from other websites.
- Maintain a neutral point of view ↗ – this is one of Wikipedia's core policies.
- Take particular care while adding biographical material about a living person ↗ to any Wikipedia page and follow Wikipedia's Biography of Living Persons policy ↗. Particularly, controversial and negative statements should be referenced ↗ with multiple reliable sources ↗.
- No edit warring ↗ or abuse of multiple accounts ↗.
- If you are testing, please use the Sandbox ↗ to [{{fullurl:Wikipedia:Sandbox|action=edit}} do so].
- Do not add troublesome content to any article ↗, such as: copyright ↗ed text, libel ↗, advertising ↗ or promotional messages ↗, and text that is not related to an article's subject. Deliberately adding such content or otherwise editing articles maliciously is considered vandalism ↗; doing so will result in your account or IP being blocked from editing ↗.
- Do not use talk pages as discussion or forum pages as Wikipedia is not a forum ↗.
The Wikipedia tutorial ↗ is a good place to start learning about Wikipedia. If you have any questions, see the help pages ↗, add a question to the village pump ↗ or ask me on my talk page. By the way, you can sign your name on Talk and discussion pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~ (the software will replace them with your signature and the date). {{Ping|Babymissfortune}}, thank you for dropping by on my talk page. I am grateful with your help on some of my contributions. I will remain vigilant and follow all the guidelines on Wikipedia. If I made some mistakes or I may unintentionally break any rules, please notify me. Regarding on the latest page I created – Tañon Strait derby ↗, I really hope it would not be deleted. I will put all the links necessary to keep this page alive. Here are some question I would like to ask,
- How long it will take before the page will be deleted?
- How many news articles do it takes to make the corresponding page legit?
- Is this kind of page might affect my wikipedia account?
- I may also agree about my title, is it possible to rename instead Tañon Strait derby ↗ to much more of a Visayas derby or Visayas Clasico as per news article said?
- I know that the latest derby I made was too young with only 11 games, but I would like to make Sydney Derby (A-League) ↗ as an example. Sydney FC ↗ and Western Sydney Wanderers FC ↗ faced only 15 games. So is it possible if the page remains? (PS Renaming it to Visayas Clasico will do as long as it will not be deleted.)
Also, I would really like to contribute more in Wikipedia without committing any vandalism or copyrights issue. I would really like to discuss with you through my facebook ↗ account. Thank you very much. '''Stricer1990''' 23:28, 26 June 2017 (UTC)

Block Evasion?
{{Ping|Drmies}}
{{unblock reviewed | 1=I didn't violate nor vandalise any pages. And I am just using office internet during my edits. | decline = Procedural decline only. This account is not directly blocked. If you are unable to edit, please follow the instructions which appear when you attempt to do so. Yamla (talk) 12:18, 24 November 2017 (UTC)}}
{{unblock reviewed | 1=It says I've been "autoblocked" because of another person whom I don't even know! | decline = Again, you must follow the instructions which appear when you attempt to edit. If you don't do this, we cannot find the block. Yamla (talk) 11:46, 28 November 2017 (UTC)}}
{{unblock reviewed | 1=Thank you for your time {{Ping|Yamla}} responding for my unblock request. Regarding for the instructions you want me to follow, I don't know how. I am just a below average editor who contributes here in wikipedia. As far as I know, I didn't know what did I do wrong in order for me to be blocked. I didn't violate, delete nor vandalise any pages. This will be my last appeal, and if my request to unblock will be decline, then better ban my account as this will be my last edit. And if some of my actions or edits deserves to be blocked that I may not aware of, then kindly post it on response. Also if my block/ban is irrevocable, then I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you for allowing me to be part of this organization. I hope you find more suitable, more knowledgeable and more dedicated users. | decline = Note that you are not blocked directly. To the best of my knowledge, we aren't trying to prevent you editing. However, you aren't able to. That means someone else operating on your IP address, is blocked. For example, maybe you are a university student and another student has been attacking Wikipedia and so is prevented from editing. However, to avoid them simply setting up a new account, we block all accounts from that address. Great, so what's the situation here? We can't find your block unless you give us more information. When you try to edit, it'll say something like, 'You are blocked, copy this template onto your talk page in order to have your block lifted'. You haven't been doing that. That's fine, that's not a problem. But until you do so, we literally can't find your block. It's not a case of us getting angry or annoyed at you, not at all. We want to help you out. But we can't do so until you follow the instructions that appear when you try to edit. Now, I'm sure this feels like we are making you jump through hoops just to please us, but I assure you, it's ''only'' so we can find your block and figure out what's going on. If you are frustrated and don't want to bother, that's fine. There's a good chance the block will just clear up in 24 hours, or won't apply to you if you are editing from a different location (for example, from home instead of from school). On the other hand, if you want to keep trying, I'll keep monitoring your page for as long as I can, and will investigate the block as soon as you've given us enough information. If all you want to do is read Wikipedia, that's fine, too. You can leave the block in place, you're always welcome to read the articles. So, I hope I've helped clear things up a bit here, and I sincerely wish you a good week! --Yamla (talk) 18:09, 28 November 2017 (UTC)}}
Yamla Conversation
{{Ping|Yamla}}, I would really like to discuss with you through my facebook ↗ account. I will send you the screenshot. I am not really good in wikipedia terms. Thank you very much. '''Stricer1990''' 18:26, 28 November 2017 (UTC)
:Sorry, I try to keep clear of Facebook. However, if you post a screenshot of your block message, I can take a look. That's probably the most helpful thing. There's a chance I may be able to figure out what's going on, if you tell me your IP address. You can find that using WhatIsMyIP ↗. But I think that won't be helpful; you have referred to an 'autoblock', and that means you are hitting a block targeted at someone else, so the IP address won't help me find this. --Yamla (talk) 18:34, 28 November 2017 (UTC)
::My IP address: 49.146.15.174
::From screenshots: Editing from 49.146.0.0/20 has been blocked (disabled) by Drmies for the following reason(s): '''Block evasion''' This block has been set to expire: '''04:30, 23 May 2018'''
:Ah ha! Well, that identifies the block. Before I check with the blocking admin, can you please state for the record: Have you ever used another account on Wikipedia? If you have, are any of those accounts blocked? (We will be able to tell, it'll just save some time before I go pinging the blocking admin). --Yamla (talk) 18:57, 28 November 2017 (UTC)
::I always edit with my personal account. I often logged into my account here in my office. But when I got home, I usually hire a unit in the computer shop during my day offs.
:Right-o, I'm going to go talk to the blocking admin and see if there's anything we can do here. We'll have to wait until they respond, so it may not be immediate. But hopefully it's fairly fast. --Yamla (talk) 19:29, 28 November 2017 (UTC)
::Thank you for response. I really appreciate it.
:Okay. The blocking admin changed that block such that you should be able to edit. Please try now and let me know if it works! --Yamla (talk) 12:35, 29 November 2017 (UTC)
:: Confirmed! Thank you {{Ping|Yamla}} for your help! Trying to catch up with new edits. Thank you once again.

25px|alt=Information icon ↗ Hello, I'm Unknown Temptation, and welcome to Wikipedia ↗. I appreciate your contributions ↗, but in one of your recent edits to :2026 FIFA World Cup ↗, it appears that you added original research ↗, which is against Wikipedia's policies. Original research refers to material—such as facts, allegations, ideas, and personal experiences—for which no reliable, published sources exist; it also encompasses combining published sources ↗ in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source ↗ for all of your contributions. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources ↗. Please wait for FIFA to publish a "standings" at the end of the tournament. There is no official table ranking the surviving teams in the middle of a knockout tournament. Please cite actual pages, not just write "FIFA" Unknown Temptation (talk) 14:34, 4 July 2026 (UTC)
